It’s the perfect place for a family vacation!
The staff here are wonderful and responsive to your needs. The grounds are lovely; the pools are great! The beach is as clean as possible, given the current sargassum conditions. The food is good and plentiful.

AMAZING place for a vacation!
We have been here 4 times and it never disappoints! The staff remembers my family and treat us like we are family! I'm always sad to leave and can't wait to see them all again! The service is top notch and it's just such a nice resort! My family doesn't like the big resorts or need a million things to do! So this gives us nice options and just time to relax! It's clean, safe, and everything is easy to get to!
Great chilled holiday for couples or families
Lovely hotel and location if you’re looking for a relaxed and chilled holiday. Great selection of food and drink.
The staff are what really make the experience fantastic - especially in the kids club. Marie, Ivonne and Gio were wonderful with our young son. Super attentive and caring. You could tell he really enjoyed his time with them.
Concierge team - Tristan and Griselda - really made our stay special. Booking taxis, transfers, car hire, providing local tips of where to eat and visit in the area.

Almost there!
Well appointed units, nice pool area, good room service and housekeeping. Staff were all friendly and responsive. They need to hire a Chef.
Very Relaxing
Location is great as are rooms. Very clean. Staff is wonderful. Beautiful resort, except for beach, which they cannot control. Only disappointment is the lack of restaurants. You only have two choices. One is Mexican every night, the other rotates a different theme every night. We are members and we keep being told they are renovating, adding more restaurants. Heard this for over 10 years. Nothing has changed.
