AWESOME birthday experience!!!
Our birthday celebration at Grand Residences by Royal Resorts was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking views, beautiful accommodations, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that made our celebration truly unforgettable.
The resort provided the perfect setting for our Birthday Extravaganza Girls’ Trip. Our spacious accommodations were elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, giving us the perfect home away from home. Waking up to the gorgeous Caribbean surroundings immediately put us in vacation mode.
What truly made the experience extraordinary was the level of hospitality. Every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and genuine. We felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout our stay. The attention to detail—from the pristine surroundings to the dining and resort amenities—made our birthday celebration feel especially luxurious.
The beautiful pool areas, spectacular ocean views, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, and opportunities to simply enjoy one another's company created memories that we will treasure for years to come. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, celebration, laughter, friendship, and luxury.
Grand Residences exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating another year of life and friendship. This was more than a vacation—it was an experience filled with beautiful moments, unforgettable memories, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.
Not happy
At check in they said that they have to move us to another room in 3 days because the owner of the suite was arriving. I paid for no inconvinience. Was not cheap. What kind of business you are running. Very angry. Will tell my friends and social media about it.
Pleasant
Room was clean However, Apple TV did not work. Door handle to master needed repairing. Concierge was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Limo driver was pleasant.
The Vacation of Your Dreams
We love Royal Resorts, and Grand Residences is indeed grand. Spacious and beautiful villas, manicured grounds, beautiful pools and beach front, top notch service at all times and places, delicious food, and fun activities for children, teens, and adults. Small enough to be intimate (staff will know you by name), but plenty of room for privacy if you prefer.

Calm pristine get away
This is our second trip to Grand Residences Puerto Morelos, and it certainly won't be our last. We have been fortunate to visit many different resorts and destinations over the years, including Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Cuba, while staying with brands such as Sandals and Riu.
What brought us back to Grand Residences is the consistently quiet and relaxing atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, outstanding food and beverage quality, and, above all, the attentive and friendly staff. From the seamless private airport transfer to the incredible dining experience, every detail contributes to a truly stress-free vacation.
For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with exceptional service and quality, this has become our go-to resort for relaxing vacations.
