Armando the dj is amazing🤘🏼. Amazing selection and smooth transitions
I was very disappointed by my experience here. I was very excited and willing to pay extra to stay at a 5 star resort but I did not receive a 5 star experience. There were employees that made the trip better such as Omar (bellboy/transport), Rafael and Leonardo (front desk), Alfredo and male host (asain cusine), David (customer service). The resort did not feel kid friendly specifically for a kid under 3. I felt more safety measures should be put in place as there were many danger zones. The beach (uncontrollable by resort) was disgusting and smelled awful due to the crazy amount of seaweed. The resort had maybe one (coco cafe) to two (revive) public spaces with a/c which is insane based on how much we paid. I have stayed at others were all public spaces such as restaurants and theater had a/c. The a/c in the rooms were laughable they hardly cooled the room. The first room we were given had a broken lock that required slamming the door as hard as possible to latch the lock. The a/c didn't work and the room smelled like mildew. The room was also on the 3rd floor which made it impossible to walk up and down with a toddler safely, also hard to go up and down with a stroller as there was no elevator. The food was overall good but I wish it was more kid friendly such as offering smaller dishes (bowls) or smaller utensils (other resorts do). The kids center did not offer any life jackets for kids like other resorts and didnt open the Waterpark area till 12, which if you have a toddler you know that's late. I have stayed in several different resorts ranging from 3 to 5 stars and the experience felt more like a 3.5 stars. The staff for the most part was wonderful and helpful when needs were discussed.
Fabulous family holiday, would not hesitate to return. Food, drink, activities, entertainment, pool and grounds all excellent and staff were exceptional.
If I could give it a zero star, I would. One of the worst vacation ever.
forward to while on vacation and we couldn't do that AT ALL... 2. Since we couldn't get in the water at the beach everyone was at the pool and there was not enough seating. Really there was no relaxing time. 3. The AC was not working in our first room but we had to stay in the room for one night before they could move us. 4. Was able to check into the other room the next day at 4PM and that room was no better . They came to fix the AC the following morning at 10AM but it didn't help so they gave us a fan. 5. No accommodation from the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this resort.
Great service but the A/C in all the rooms (we had two, and talked with other guests in the Preferred Area) is insufficient. One of the rooms we had was down right humid and sticky.
