Awesome hotel, awesome staff and an awesome vacation!
The location is very beautiful, warm and a great place for people who like to go to the pool, beach or both and want to have a relaxing but fun vacation. The atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly and has very pleasant and accommodating staff. The room is clean, big, and lots of space to relax and get ready for a fun night! The food and drinks are delicious and plenty of it. There is definitely something for everyone to do at this hotel. Shout out to Oscar and Emilio from the teppanyaki restaurant, thank you for the great service and hospitality!
Spice Japanese restaurant
Emilio and Oscar gave us a fun and great experience at spice teppanyaki. The service was great and quick and food was the perfect amount!

Oscar put on a great teppanyaki show. The waiter was great also (I don’t remember his name).
Likely won't go back
Speciality restaurants were excellent, buffet was average at best, bar staff were very good, overall condition of the resort was good, enjoyed the pool, was there for a wedding so didn't experience several of the activities. Front desk staff didn't answer the phone when we had questions/concerns - had to use the app which wasn't timely, expect a time share spiel upon arrival/check-in,
Picture perfect Honeymoon
Dreams Jade Resort and Spa holds a special place in our hearts. We first visited back in 2021, my now husband and I shared out first trip together here. Now 5 years later, we returned for our honeymoon ❤️ The staff here are truly amazing and make you feel like part of the family. From our hostess, Karen, who took the time to get to know us, to Jose Marques and Claudia who made every morning special with wonderful customer service. They all helped to create a picture perfect honeymoon.
We are beyond grateful for our experience at Dreams Jade and can not wait to return ❤️
