Perfect Resort for Adults-Only Getaways
We went to Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort for our friend’s 40th birthday and had the time of our life! It’s an all-inclusive, adults only resort, so the food and drinks are endless, and there’s always an event or activity to join in on no matter the weather. The staff were all super friendly and hospitable.
The resort is beautiful with a great view of the beach, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We had an ocean-front room with a swim up. The pools are beautiful and huge, but the Xcelerate pool was the more fun one of all. It was our favorite because it had more of a “party” vibe. If you’re looking for a “turn up”, that’s the pool to go to.
Pascual at the buffet was one of the best parts of our trip. He works the breakfast and lunch shifts and he always had a big table waiting to accommodate our 11-person party. He was friendly, funny, and very. helpful.
The resort’s spa is really nice! We enjoyed a hydrotherapy session at the spa with our friends and also booked a couples massage that left us super relaxed and re-energized. They also offer hair, nail, and facial services.
Breathless isn’t far from the airport (about a 15-20 minute ride), and nearby a lot of other beach resorts so it’s continently located with great views of the beach/ocean. If you stay at the adjacent Secrets resort, you’ll have access to the Breathless property.
I don’t remember the total cost of our trip, but the resort was well worth every penny. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and honestly the trip wasn’t long enough. My husband and I were able to enjoy a few romantic moments separate from our large group, so i can confidently recommend this resort for any kind of adults-only getaway - a romantic trip with your spouse or partner, an anniversary celebration, a girls trip, or even just a relaxing time away from the stress of everyday life.

Great Stay at Breathless Riviera Cancun
Stayed at this resort from October 8-19. Resort is small but has everything you need on site for a fun filled trip. Want to give our exhale pool Guy Victor a huge thank you. He was there to great us at the pool with chairs for us every day. Make sure you go see Danial at the exhale pool bar. He makes the best drinks at the resort. Also thank you to our 2 awesome pool servers Nadia and Maria, you 2 are the best. Not much of a beach at this property but the pools make up for it. We tried 3 restaurants and the food was decent at those. We were a bit disappointed that the buffet wasn’t open for supper. It’s only open for breakfast and lunch. We attended a couple shows and they were really good. No real issues at all at Breathless Riviera Cancun.. we will most likely return sometime.

Great time at Breathless Riviera
We stayed at Breathless Riviera last week and had a great time. The pool options were good but the resort is definitely for the party crowd but the main pool was were the older chill crowd hung out and great views from the pool. The food options were great but our favorites were Silk City & Spumante! The best part of the trip was getting to know Fernando at the main pool bar, Christian at the pool bar, these guys made the trip very enjoyable and always made sure we had drinks and food! Pascal at the Spoon buffet was great and always had a table ready for us and his service was great! Great time at Breathless and make sure you tip!!
