A lot closed for renovations
No warning to guest that the Main pool and many restaurants are closed for renovations and no word when renovations will be completed.
Birthday Getaway - Aug. 2026
I throughly enjoyed myself. I traveled with my husband for a birthday trip for me the last week of August. I was skeptical of the timing, considering it is hurricane season however, the weather was just fine. I had the Allure Oceanview King room. You can definitely view the ocean, as well as the courtyard of where the main entertainment happens (no pools in my view). The turndown service was a first for me and it is much needed after drinks and party. Out of the five restaurants on the property (buffet included), my favorites were the Spoon buffet, Silk City and The Strip Grill. 9 out of 10! The entertainment and activities are always available and the Energy pool is definitely where you catch the best vibes! The other pool was not accessible during my stay. I believe they are doing some construction on that side of the property. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will hopefully return in the future!
DRUGGED AND potential attempted abduction
Single most Terrifying experience of my life. I was harassed by a staff manager through an app he had me download for “communication”, I was drugged, and someone tried to gain entry to my room unannounced. I contacted the Embassy and American authorities to get me safe transport out of there the next day!
