Very enjoyable
Excellent staff and food service. Shout out to Edin Aguilar at the front desk who went above the call of duty insuring our room request were perfect. He was always courteous checking that our needs were being met and all was going well. A true asset to the RH!

Overall net positive
Edin Aguilar was exceptional - he worked tirelessly to ensure our rooms & our stay was perfect. The hostess Avery at breakfast greeted me daily with a smile and helped start our day on a great note! Unfortunately the bar inventory was inconsistent during our 2 week stay - some bars were out of draft beers and it seemed to change daily.

Very disappointed when bottled water ran out several times along with shortages of draft beer. Oct 10 several hundred people took over Luna pool and bar with loud music. Edin Agular was most helpful which he has been for several years.
Not what it was close to being. Ran Down
Resort is not what it used to be 10 years ago! Beach is gone and now stinks and it is very dirty. There is no Kayaking or snorkeling any more! But Maintenance fees keep going up exorbitantly. Food is more expensive than in the US

Love This Resort!
We loved this resort. The pool was fantastic, and we would definitely come again. We had a penthouse suite and it was gorgeous. The kids loved this vacation.
