Great solo holiday
I cannot praise this place enough Anel on the roof bar is 10/10 the food is 100/10 and the atmosphere is is top class big shoutout to Rodrigo in the Mexican restaurant and Carlos in the lobby bar both top guys and couldn’t do enough for me will definitely be back !! I was given a free upgrade when I arrived and it did not disappoint the room was excellent the attention detail was great.
Our experience so far
lovely evening on the rooftop at the reef 28. Franchisco could not be more helpful. Very polite, friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing. It’s just a shame that there is a building site over the road which is so so loud and our suite faces it so the noise is constant.

Freddy has been a amazing server made the experience so much fun, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone,,,the grid is next level the rooms are modern and clean

5+ STARS HOTEL. LOVED IT.
I just came back from this beautiful, extremely clean and cozy hotel. THIS IS 5+ STARS HOTEL. I travel a lot and have seen other hotels. I fell in love with this one. ITS very clean , modern, has a lot of natural light. Rooms are very bright and designed for comfort and good sleep ( blackout window covers). Great selection of food and dishes. I personally liked chia seed pudding, overnight oats for breakfast, Mexican restaurant for lunch or diner. Dishes are exceptional as well as service. I managed to live behind my favourite bathing suit at the Reef Hotel ( just take a transfer there to stay on a beach), Did not have any Hope, but went there next day ,and it was in a sane spot I left it. I am extremely happy with out stay at Reef 28 and will highly recommend it. Marina. From Toronto
