A great experience from first contact
From start to finish, the Front Desk made sure our experience was fantastic, and Victor deserves special recognition.
Even before our arrival, Victor went to extraordinary lengths to get in contact with us and make sure we had the information we needed. He explained the all-inclusive options clearly and patiently, and throughout check-in — and afterward — he was consistently professional, helpful, and welcoming.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Victor was a key reason for that enjoyment. His attention, professionalism, and genuine desire to make sure we were well taken care of made a lasting impression on us.

Great experience
We had a great time at Sunset Fisherman’s. The staff made all the difference! Service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. While all of the staff was good, the stand outs were Monserrat, Yedid, Rigoberto, Benita, Samuel and Marcos.
We were there for my husband’s birthday. I asked Monserrat if we could get a cake at dinner. Not only did we get that but they decorated the bed in our room with a birthday message and towel animals. A nice surprise when we got back to our room!

Relaxing oceanfront escape!
This resort is ideal for couples and friends to escape everyday life! The proximity to the ferry to Cozumel allows for a day trip with a healthy walk to the ferry or a quick taxi. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, especially Armando the head waiter who learned our names immediately and addressed an initial concern promptly. We enjoyed excellent poolside drinks with Wendy, the daytime bartender who always had a smile on her face. Arjenis took equally good care of us later in the day with authentic margaritas, and Mariella seemed to be everywhere day and night with her lovely smile and personality. Benita, Guillermo, and Rigoberto provided excellent service in the dining room, we especially appreciated Rigoberto's sense of humor and great laugh! While mother nature extended sargassum season into the fall this year, we saw hotel staff working hard early in the morning to clear the beach as best they could, very impressive!!! Our room was immaculate and we enjoyed the creative towel animals we were rewarded with when we showed extra appreciation for good service. We hope to be back soon!
Come for the stunning beach and pools but keep coming back to spread out in a full sized condo with resort amenities!
We love it here and will keep coming back every year. Many of the sweet staff have been there for years and remember us! The restaurant and bar prices are affordable, but you have the ultimate flexibility to dine in with your own kitchen, eat at the restaurants on site, walk the beautiful cobblestone neighborhood into the bustline 5th Avenue pedestrian mall for tons of dining options, bars and great shopping too. You can also order in from Rappi and Uber Eats. Taxis are everywhere too. It's a shame so many people stay at All inclusive resorts because they don't leave their resort because they don't want to miss a meal or a drink. Get out and explore this fabulous, fun town!
