Needs some work
We visited this resort knowing it had some issues but the price was hard to beat. As we expected the food was not good. The views were beautiful. Cleanliness is the real issue. Lots of sickness and it was obvious why, not much cleaning or sanitation going on.

Tonight we ate at the Gormex restaurant at Sandos Playacar and Ricardo was our server. He was amazing and so was the food. Ricardo took great care of us!! From appetizer to dessert, everything was soooo good. We received such good service!! I highly recommend!!!

Gourmex
We had a lolvely experience at Gourmex. Christel was a wonderful server. She was very attentive, kind and welcoming. She was absolutely great with our kids. I would highly recommend her to anyone. 5 Stars for the food and for Christel
