Pure Mexican Paradise!!!!
⭐ Paradisus Truly Lives Up to Its Name — Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Memories!
Our stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen was absolutely fantastic! The resort was wonderful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every interaction made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. There were so many standout team members that I feel they deserve special recognition.
Jesus, our concierge, was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. His dedication went above and beyond our expectations, even helping us when he was home for the day. That level of personal attention is something you don’t forget and truly speaks volumes about his commitment to making guests feel taken care of.
Angel at Lemon Fish was another highlight of our trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel as though we were his only table, even while taking care of other guests. He went above and beyond to help us when we wanted to get dessert from the sports bar next door. His personality, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our dining experience exceptional.
Sebastian at the Fahrenheit pool brought the fun! He made some of the best drinks we had during our stay and helped create an incredibly fun atmosphere around the pool. He knew how to make the experience enjoyable and was a big part of what made our pool days so memorable.
Christopher at the pools was fantastic as well. Every day, he made sure our cabanas were ready for us, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about a thing. He also provided some excellent food recommendations that made our experience even better. His consistency and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
We also absolutely loved the Cocoa Experience with Yvonne and Eduardo. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about chocolate, as well as the culture and history behind it. They made the experience interesting, educational, and fun. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn something new while enjoying a unique part of Mexican culture.
What really sets Paradisus Playa del Carmen apart is its people. Beautiful resorts can be found in many places, but employees who genuinely care about their guests are what turn a good vacation into an extraordinary one.

Great time,food had a blast.
Paradise playa del carmen,great time,great rooms food was fantastic. Our conceir was Cynthia Delgado. She was amazing.
Great family friendly resort
Great resort especially for kiddos. Paola was our family concierge and she went above and beyond to make sure the kids were looked after from special gifts to birthday surprises and made sure the kids were given fish food to feed the fish and the turtles. The food at the resort was amazing. Lots of options and Paola booked our reservations at every restaurant for the week.

Good luck getting any sleep. You can hear everything going on in the hallways. EVERYTHING!!!
