LOVE FOR MELIA
This was our THIRD time staying with Melia in ONE year!! Melia KNOWS how to do luxury vacationing!! I always book Level or Reserve, and I always feel like a pampered celebrity because of it!! On two of our visits, we brought other couples with us!!
Eduardo Monroy went above and beyond for us!! Carlos, and Angel were TERRIFIC, too!!
Healing Soundbath is a must.
We took the Healing Soundbath with Elizabeth and it was incredible. You could feel the vibrations all throughout your body. The gazebo was beautiful and had a lovely breeze. I would definitely recommend this activity.
Great Stay Overall
Our stay at Paradisus was excellent. Overall, we felt that the hotel offers great value for money, and the quality of the experience truly reflects the price.
The highlight of our stay was the staff. From a warm “good morning” every day to their willingness to resolve even the smallest issues, everyone was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gestures toward our daughter, which made our family vacation even more memorable.
The food was another standout. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals at Sal, Cielo, and Lunch Box, where the quality and flavors exceeded our expectations. The variety of snacks and the excellent selection of drinks at the bars were also outstanding throughout our stay.
If I could suggest a couple of improvements, I would recommend investing in more comfortable beds to enhance the quality of sleep and updating the menu at Lemon Fish, as it did not quite match the high standard set by the hotel’s other dining venues.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. I highly recommend Paradisus to anyone looking for outstanding service, excellent dining, and a memorable family vacation.
Best resort ever! We love Victor, Carlos, and Sebastian!
Victor was the absolute best bartender/server we've ever experienced! He was extremely attentive and always willing to bring us anything we needed. Carlos was an exceptional worker! He welcomed us with friendly smiles and questions. He made sure we had an outstanding honeymoon experience because of his hospitality and generosity. Sebastian was a wonderful bartender! He makes delicious mixed drinks, mudslides, and mango tangos!
The location was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend joining the reserve because it made the experience even better. We never felt crowded, the extra restaurant experiences were all delicious, and having a private pool area was so much fun! The staff was extremely attentive to us and we were blown away by the cleanliness of our room!

Excellent staff throughout resort. Victor, Freddie, Johnny, Ricardo on the beach met us each morning with a welcoming smile and looked after us like family each day. Yasucky at Farenhenhight was also brilliant. She knew what we wanted to order as soon as we sat down.
The evening entertainment was very lacking. Most nights just a LOUD dj was playing ….. music was not catered to the age of the guests. Hotel needs lively entertainment with more sing along/dancing music.
Excellence cleanliness of the resort.
The food could have been better. Skip the buffet on the family side!!
