Was very happy with the hotel and the amenites. We were in The Reserve , swim up suite ,which provided additional perks - Santos restaurant which was awesome. Our own lounge which provided pastries, sandwiches, finger food and drinks all day. Our concierge Luis knocked it out of the park.

Amazing Staff!
The resort was nice the food ok the staff was amazing. We were there for a wedding the wedding coordinator Denys was the best I have ever seen.she was so awesome! The entire staff that worked on the wedding was incredible for the photographer to the videographer to all the people that served at the wedding. However I can’t say enough about Denys she was incredible. We had a concierge for our room his name was Fabian he went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. He was an incredibly nice person and helped us with absolutely everything. The staff everywhere we went was so friendly and helpful. The food most places was just ok and no authentic Mexican which was a bit disappointing. However the staff there made up for everything disappointing.
Everything was amazing
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was of the highest standard, and we truly enjoyed our experience. Angelo from the pool area was especially kind, friendly, and attentive. He made us feel very welcome and added a special touch to our stay.

Amazing Buffet Experience!
Paradisus La Perla was amazing! A special shout out to Shaira at Hadar Buffet for breakfast! She was attentive, so pleasant and someone we specifically asked for deluxe to her service!! Highly recommend!!!
