The best vacation ever!!
Wow. We just experienced the best vacation we’ve ever had! The location, staff, room, food, drinks, etc, exceeded all of our expectations! We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my husband feel special. A special shout out to Fernanda, Daniel and Alberto for making us feel like royalty! We are already making plans to come back!

What an amazing stay! Completely pampered start to finish! Alberto, Jan, and William welcomed us with open arms, had great recommendations, and made us feel so special for our anniversary.

The experience at the Palafitos was absolutely amazing!! Alberto was our guide and transportation everywhere, he was fantastic!! Daniel was our buter and he made everything so easy and accommodating. Honeymoon in Palafitos Overwater Bungalows
We had such an amazing stay! The entire resort was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained, and everyone we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the whole experience felt truly magical. A very special thank you to our personal butlers, Yasser and Enrique, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and incredible service made us feel so well taken care of throughout our entire trip. We also want to recognize Alberto with transportation who was wonderful and made getting around so easy and enjoyable. They truly added such a personal touch to our experience!
