Massage on the beach
Claudia was my massage lady she did an excellent job on my back i felt the stress melt away as the ocean waves sounded in the background. The massage area was literally overlooking the beach. Highly recommended

Massage and ocean breeze
My husband and I were staying at a different place and booked massages with Lulu and Antoine. The massage is at a covered pergola area out at the beach. Nice breeze, sounds of the surf and a lovely one hour massage at a way better price than on resort. Officially relaxed and in vacation mode! Gracias Lulu and Antoine!
We love this hotel!!
Everything about this hotel was amazing. The location, the food, the views, the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. However, none of these things are as important as the customer service by every single member of the staff team. I've come to understand that Mexicans in general are really lovely people but the staff in mvngata are just amazing. Every single one of them go out their way to make your stay memorable. A special mention needs to go to Ann who went above and beyond in order to make sure we were able to have a lovely day out at Xel Ha. The level of effort really makes a stay memorable and we thank you so much for it. I thought it was important to note that even although the sargassum is clearly an issue for the area, it didn't change the fact that we had an amazing holiday and we would recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much. The Fenwick family, Scotland.
Wonderful Experience!
Daisy helped me plan massages for my daughter and me. She was skilled in pregnancy massage and my daughter really enjoyed it. Claudia did my massage and she was excellent. The area where they give the massages are on an elevated open room facing the sea with delightful breezes. It is called Sand and Sea.
