Functional fitness class with enrique was brilliant. Perfect way to start the day and enjoy a guilt free cocktail later after being out through our paces!
Best Birthday/Anniversary All Inclusive experience ever
Beach access, accessible activities throughout, engaging fun but respectful staff, upgrade to the walk-out pools 10/10, value 10/10, clean as it gets, no noise complaints at all, amenities specifically the spa, main pool, bars, and restaurants all made for the best all inclusive experience imaginable.

Absolutely amazing hotel, food, atmosphere and service all 5 star. If you can afford it I recommend getting the rooms with a butler, David our butler was amazing and made the holiday extra special!

Hyatt vivid Playa Del Carmen Honest Review
This was our third All inclusive and a couple we went with first. From the moment we came in we were welcomed and everyone was as nice as could be. We did our research so we knew we were heading over at the end of sargasm season (seaweed and bacteria). We did not come for the beach, we came for the pools and activities. We also overloaded our stay with Xcaret parks doing three of them in three days.Our days off were well spent at the resort. The One Man Show, Masquerade Show, and Vegas Show were really entertaining. We had great bar service while we were seated and watching. The karaoke was a great time. Everyone was having a blast. Maybe even more than the foam party which brought a lot of people out of there shell to relax and have fun. There is a lot of humidity, but that is expected. The gym is well maintained and standard for a resort (weight only up to 50 pounds in dumbbells) The food was great. My wife and the couple we were with favorite place was Asiana. She loved the sashimi and sushi rolls. Our friend loved the spring rolls. My favorite was Dolma. It is a great twist on Mediterranean and Italian. There was never a wait longer than a minute or two for a drink. When we went the room service was included. We heard it changed right after we left. I hope they change that and make it included (more all inclusive feeling). We really enjoyed it and made morning breakfast in bed special. The area and rooms are always being kept up. I had a couple of things I noticed about the room. They fixed them and checked up to make everything was to my standards. I was never upset. Things happen and when they do it is great to see they handle it right away. We never had a noise problem from our room. We had a garden view on the first floor right by the main pool. Rm 1151 One of the other reasons we chose this location was because it is right off of 5th avenue and easy to walk there and go beyond without worrying about safety. We even went to the massage place magic hands which is right out the gate. The hotel has a great thermal suite that has a cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and two hot tubs. We did this four times while we were there. For everything you get ( food, cafe, drinks, room service, gym, activities) this is worth the price and is a great value. I recommend and would come back!

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.
The atmosphere throughout the resort was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the entire resort was beautifully designed, well maintained, and spotless.
The food and service were truly five-star. Every meal was delicious, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend the Asian restaurant, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding.
As a yoga instructor, I especially enjoyed participating in and teaching yoga during my visit. It was a pleasant experience to connect with guests and share wellness activities in such a beautiful setting. The resort provides a relaxing and inspiring environment that perfectly complements a healthy and active lifestyle.
A special thank you goes to Jose, the Entertainment Team Manager, who did an incredible job. He and his team were professional, pleasant, supportive, and full of energy. They kept guests entertained throughout the day with a variety of fun activities and created a lively atmosphere around the resort.
Overall, Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful accommodations, excellent food, exceptional service, wonderful yoga experiences, and an outstanding entertainment team, this was truly a memorable vacation. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.
