Best all inclusive experience
First off, the location is amazing. You can walk to Playa del Carmen and there is a great fish restaurant at the corner across the street. The service is impeccable and intimate. The food and cocktails are class A!!!!

The room was very nice as well as service. I enjoyed the water aerobic class with Anna! She was so much fun that I signed up for water aerobic when I came home. I met nice people and really good time.

Stunning & exceptional service!
Exceptional all inclusive resort hotel. Our suite was beachfront and both highly attractive and functional. Both the pools and the beach were just perfect. The team members are top of the profession - personable and so helpful. It was a perfect 3 day get-away. We shall return!
It was just OK
Let’s start with the good. Rooms were comfortable although there is loud music at times from next door hotels. Pools are great and service is excellent. Beds were comfortable although. Drinks were just OK. Nothing special unless you go to the Speakeasy. Angel the bartender did a great job. Food was disappointing. If you’re with someone you had both better like the specialty food. Asian was all Asian. Literally nothing else for those that don’t like Asian. Mexican was truly Mexican and spicy. Nothing else offered. The steak house offered one steak that wasn’t an upgrade and it was just OK. The buffet was good but only offered at breakfast. They never did open the Mediterranean restaurant the week I was there. The fish restaurant only offered fish. My wife loves fish, but I don’t eat it, so we skipped it as there was literally nothing else on the menu. They did a pretty good job about keeping the seaweed clear in front of the hotel property. There is no nightly entertainment per se. Once in a while, they would have a DJ playing music, but that was about it. I like the hotel and the service was great, but I wouldn’t return. The lack of variety in the restaurants was a huge disappointment.
