Amazing hotel
If you are used to an all inclusive resorts at Rivera maya, fairmont offers a completely different experience. From the moment you drive in you immerse yourself in a relaxing experience. This hotel is a great break from busy life. The whole staff at the hotel were AMAZING. Everyone had great customer service and were very attentive. I wish remembered everyone’s name so I could mention them! Alberto at the pool by the beach was great! Gregorio kept our room clean and it was always nice to see him in the mornings with his happy smile. Food was delicious. Don’t expect a big morning buffet. The buffet is small compared to resort style. However, the quality of the food offered is 100/10. Everything is fresh! Taurus and Bassano 100/10!
The hotel has a kids club with different activities. Please note some activities do have an extra charge. There are bikes you can ride throughout the property.
Unfortunately, we were there during high sargassum season. The hotel does everything humanly possible to get rid of it. The beach having sargassum didn’t affect our stay!
Overall if you are looking to relax, eat amazing food and have great service this is the place!

Our stay at Fairmont Mayakoba was incredible, and a huge part of that was the exceptional service from Agustín and Alejandro.
From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our vacation unforgettable. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, handled every request quickly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Whether it was arranging transportation around the resort, helping with reservations, or making sure every detail of our stay was perfect, they consistently went above and beyond.
Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated our experience. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and effortless. Agustín and Alejandro are outstanding ambassadors for Fairmont Mayakoba, and we can’t thank them enough for making our family vacation so memorable.
We can’t wait to return, and we hope to see them again on our next visit!

Awesome Butlers!
Great time staying here for our honeymoon and babymoon! We had the best butlers ever - Daniel and Rodrigo! They were so helpful and very attentive always checking in if we needed anything.
The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed the amenities.

I would like to highly recommend Daniel and Rodrigo as the World Cup winners of Butlers! The accommodations at Fairmont were beyond my expectations and Daniel and Rodrigo were the crème de La crème to top it all off! Their kindness and attention to detail along with their joy and personal investment in our well-being was infectious… They anticipated our every need and then some… all in all, our experience was a total enjoyment of the Beautiful, gorgeous, property, multiple pools and one of a kind restaurants… the easy access to all the amenities by cart and or boat added yet another enjoyable layer to the experience.. It was a slice of heaven staying at the Fairmont and, for sure, we will be back to enjoy… so many things were a part of the entertaining experience… we are animal lovers and the experience of being close to Mexican raccoons, American raccoons, tropical birds, iguana and other fauna and flora… it was all right there in front of us.. flying fish, in the gulf, up close from beach view, was an unexpected delight! The rooms of our accommodation was beautifully appointed, staff perfect on every note..Thank you to the Fairmont and especially Daniel and Rodrigo… their impact has influenced me to be more caring in the giving of acts of service, more freely, to others in my life! We appreciate you!

Boat Tour Must Do!
The trip was incredible, Carlos our boat captain gave us a private tour around Mayakoba, he was incredibly knowledgeable! My wife and I had a great time!
