On the East Coast of the Yucatan Peninsula on Cancun Islands 12 mile stretch of powdery white sands Wyndham Grand Cancún is located directly on the beach about halfway down on the Caribbean side of the Cancun Island. Wyndham Grandi is close to all activities yet removed from the hustle and bustle of Punta Cancun. Just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport we are within walking distance to water sports and the islands newest golf course.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Da Vinci is Da Best!
This place was great! I got the shrimp scampi and it was fantastic! Sergio was very kind and sat us quickly. Willfrido brought our food promptly and helped us with questions about the menu. Must visit while in Cancun!
The Most Amazing Place To Stay! A Beautiful Property With Incredible Staff!
We just returned from another stay at The Wyndham Grand Cancun and had a wonderful trip! The property is beautiful, but the staff is what makes us continue to come back each year. The resort is managed by an AMAZING group of people who truly care that your stay is remarkable and that you do not have to stress about anything while you are on your vacation. Thank You Mr. Ibarra, Sol, Ubaldo, Adan, Lulu, Elsa, Cesar, Sergio, Isis, and others who did so many things to make our vacation the absolute best time ever! Each year we say our trip couldn't get any better, but somehow they make it more memorable.
The entire resort is super clean and smells amazing! The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. The food is always great with many choices to eat throughout the day and into the evening. The location is perfect (10 mins from the airport in the Hotel Zone). There is no better place to stay!
We wanted to thank a group of people who really made our trip special. These are the most hardworking people in Cancun who we call friends and look forward to seeing again very soon! Wonderful experience in so many ways!
Wonderful hotel and a staff that treats you like family. Armando from the sushi bar and the concierge staff are worth mentioning. Delicious food, top-notch equipment at the gym, always warm swimming pools full of fun activities, superb Mayan art everywhere, and beautiful shared spaces makes you not want to leave. We will come back for sure. Thank you, Windham family!
Cancun
Resort is nice and the rooms are clean, you have to arrange your own transportation but be careful the airport is filled with scammers. The drinks are very weak and not worth it with out premium upgrades. You have to book your dinners through an app but the app is not reliable and will make you miss reservations. The buffet is pretty much the same every day and can get very boring. This place is nice but if you have experienced better you will be a little disappointed.
Try the Mango Daiquiri!
For our family’s first trip to Cancun, we have been delighted by the staff at this hotel. Their service is excellent, and they have made a point of looking after our family and its needs. The location in the hotel zone is convenient for nearby sight-seeing, and there are good opportunities here to plan day trips. Some of my family went to Xplor (great for teens and parents, not recommended for people with mobility issues or pushing strollers) and Chichen Itza while others relaxed poolside. We’ve never done an all-inclusive vacation before, but we will again! Of particular note is the Pena Colada restaurant. Excellent relaxed vibe, delicious food and drink, and the host and servers are both thoughtful and accommodating. If you get Julio T. as your server, you’ll have promptly served food, solid menu recommendations, and quick refills on drinks.
