Carlos Aguilera
Carlos Aguilera in the buffet is always on top of his game. Friendly, helpful and always around asking if the table needs anything. Definitely a great asset to the hotel. BTW he did not pay me to say this.

Marcia is very helpful making accommodations to set up my spa appointments. The technician did an awesome job on my massages.

Absolutely perfect experience! I stayed here for a week, and our bartenders Orlando and Martin made us all feel very welcome and made amazing drinks! Will definitely be coming back as soon as possible

I had such an amazing time at Wyndham Grand Resort! Everyone has been very kind the moment we arrived. You're greeted by everyone and your needs are taken care of here so you can just relax. Orlando and Martin makes some of the best drinks I've ever had! Orlando is funny and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to him a lot. Elvia is just the best lobby waitress ever! She walks around with a smile on her face, dancing and singing, and she always greets everyone! My 2 year-old baby boy, Phoenix, loved her so much! She talked and would hang out with him when she could. She made sure he was having a good time too. It was incredibly sweet and heartwarming to watch. Truly such amazing staff here. If the opportunity arises for me to come back, I won't hesitate.
Great staff
I as serviced by Julio and Jorge in the restaurant and at the beach. They were quick to make sure that our drinks were always full and that we got everything we could possibly want in the restaurant. Made our experience memorable.
