Everything was amazing! The beach was beautiful, the food and drinks were phenomenal, the staff was outstanding, and the rooms were amazing! We can't wait to go back - it was one of our favourite resorts!
Amazing Family Resort
Best all inclusive family friendly resort I’ve ever been to! The food and hospitality was amazing! VIP lounge was great too! Definitely coming back!
Excellent Stay
We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Every single staff member we interacted with was exceptional, we honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the service. We asked about upgrading our room and were able to get an ocean-view room with a hot tub for a very reasonable price, which made our trip even more special.
The resort had so much to offer: multiple restaurants, a 24-hour café, a VIP lounge, spa, pool, and easy beach access. We also noticed it was very family-friendly, with lots of families enjoying their vacation, including a kids’ pool with water slides and other fun water features. The food was excellent, and housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, always leaving us extra bottled water, which we really appreciated.
A special thank you to Antonio at Ventanas, Nani with the VIP services, and Marcos from housekeeping for making our stay even more memorable. Truly, every single employee we encountered was kind, friendly, and eager to help. Before our trip, I messaged the hotel through Expedia, and they responded quickly and provided the contact information to arrange airport transportation (for an extra fee, but absolutely worth it). During our stay, I developed a sun allergy and needed an anti-itch cream. The concierge arranged to have it delivered from the pharmacy for me, which was incredibly helpful and showed how much they care about their guests.
The only small critique is that parts of the building could use some fresh paint and a few glass panels need replacing. However, we noticed maintenance crews already working on those improvements, so it’s clear they’re investing in the property.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!
Amazing Resort! My new faviorte
Wow! Sunscape blew my expectations out of the water during our 7 night stay. We loved how the resort was not as big as others on the strip. This meant no long lines or feeling crowded at every turn, and the service here was better! All of the restaurants are excellent, our favorite was Sunset. We did not come across a staff member with our a smile on their face when you walked passed them. I had an ocean front room and was extremely happy I made the upgrade, it's worth it. While there the turtles were coming in each night around 11pm to lay their eggs, that was a sight you will not forget. Having an ocean front room, I could watch them from my balcony. They always had a staff member on the beach at night to ensure people did not disturb the turtles. One piece of advice I would give the hotel is to educate guest at check in or sometime about etiquette around the turtles. I have seen several times in which people ran up to them with their cellphone light on, which scared the turtle back to the ocean.
Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Incredible staff at Sunscape
So beautiful and the staff work so hard to keep their guests happy. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant where Antonio and Raul were top notch. Miguel and. Chris were fun entertaining everyone at the pool.
