Beautiful views butler were all very nice the only thing I dislake is when you check in someone is always trying to give you a spa package so he could try to sell you timeshare hate it not interested ever go away just need to get into my room and start my vacation
Anniversary trip
Beautiful resort close to the airport with lots of dining and drink options. Loved our stay and will recommend to our friends and family.
Great value and nice dinning experiences
Rooms are spacious, and the restaurant offers good quality with a broad selection. Facilities are not especially new but remain acceptable. The apps function well, though they display excessive advertisements for the spa promotion service—a minor issue. Courteous staff provide good service. Only the sound insulation might benefit from slight improvement.

Probably skip this resort
I would not visit Secrets The Vine again. My friend and I went to celebrate our 50th birthdays and I was super disappointed in the hotel and service we received. Our butler was good and attentive but beyond that, service wasn’t very good overall. I will say that the beach was nice and there wasn’t a lot of seaweed which was a nice change from the last Cancun resort we visited.

Beautiful Hotel
We were very impressed with the food and restaurants. The room service lacked options and drinks. The hotel entertainment staff was great. I wish they would invest more in that department. We did enjoy the beach as the waves were a little to high for the wife. The room was beautiful, and hotel overall was beautiful. The sales pitches were a little to much at times for the spa and vacation club, but overall we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back. I suggest spending the extra and getting the honeymoon suite.
