Amazing experience at the Olio in Secrets the Vine Cancun
The food at Olio on the 12th floor is IMPECCABLE! Luis and Laejandro were so kind and took care of us so well! Their service and hospitality was truly memorable🥰 Everything in the hotel has been great! Totally recommend🫶🏻

Quick last-minute vacation was just what we needed. Hotel was not far from the airport and very clean upon arrival. Smelled great! I love that smoking or vaping is not allowed on the property. Service was a little sluggish at the pool but overall, not too bad. Food was way better than anticipated! The room was beautiful and spacious! Upgrade to preferred for the best views.

July 2026 - 7 night stay
We had a very good experience experience for our 7 night stay. Staff was very accommodating and a special thanks to Jessica who helped set our room up for our anniversary and gave us trinkets to remember cancun by. Highly recommended!
Disappointed for the money
We have been to many all inclusive resorts, including dreams and sandles. We were so excited to have a vacation with no kids and spent extra for The Vine! The prefered lounge was horrible. Compared to dreams dominican republic and even sands. It was a literal converetwd hotel room. The food was miserable. The bartender left and we sat there for 40 minutes. Finally just stood up and went behind the bar and poored our own memosa. They had one server at the prefered pool. I felt so sorry for him. The bartender was alone also. We tipped because it is not their fault. Everyone we spoke.to was disappointed. The entertainment was just a bunch of bands. Not the flare we have had in the past. The room was super nice and quiet, though they did not fill our bar a couple of days. I am totally not high end, but we paid extra for a nice hotel and it is not worth the money we paid. Most food was horrible. The steak house was nice, only the serf and turf. Olios was good for breakfast and lunch. They combined the "mexican" restaurant and Peruvian restaurant. Asian was good but closed for two nights, unknown why the second night. Just closed. First night I understand, one night per week.
