Michael Jackson Experience was fabulous
Perfect experience, food, ad stay!
We stayed at cancun Sandos resort and made reservations for fratinis and the food was great that was prepared by the chef Jordan and staff, the service was fantastic! Our server Lorenzo was so attentive and kind to our wants and needs. He was amazing! Our drinks were greatly made by the bartender, Rogelio and coming in the restaurant the hostess, Ada was very sweet. 10 out of 10 i very much do recommend this place if you are staying here!
Fun and friendly resort
The resort was a little dated (evidenced by the construction work happening on site during our stay). There weren’t a ton of options for coffee, and the coffee machine in the room did not work. The gym was also really hot. Despite that, I really enjoyed our stay at Sandos as part of a wedding. The hospitality was incredible and all of the staff was friendly and charming. There was also a lot of entertaining activities and game each day at the pool which was great. Jacob and Rogelio were incredible bartenders and made some awesome drinks for us! Best of all was CARLOS! We went to the sports bar on-site to escape the crowd, and Carlos had several games available and kept the party going for us. He made several drinks for us and kept us laughing the whole time - what a night!
