Anniversary Trip
Had a wonderful trip to the Royal Solaris. Ross made sure everything we needed was taking care of during our 10 day stay and was always checking in on us. Mayra was our pool side waitress and she was very attentive and made sure the drinks kept flowing. For breakfast Edgar made our eggs to order and was very friendly while Alfredo kept our coffee full and got anything else we needed. Eric the Premier Bartender made fabulous drinks like Old Fashions and Martinis. David Mtz and Claudia are always welcoming when we get there and check us in. Yzrael and the poolside entertainment staff keep the pool side fun and upbeat. Finally Chef Emanuelle Ballimi made sure our dinners were fabulous. Thanks for making this a great trip.

Amazing hotel! Everything was so clean, and we were really impressed with how much effort the staff put into keeping everything spotless. They were constantly cleaning, even the sunbeds and handrails every day, which really stood out to us.
The entertainment team were brilliant, so friendly and absolutely fantastic with the kids. A special mention to Maggi, who was so sweet and lovely with the children. She really made them feel special, and it was lovely to see how much care she showed them.
We’ve had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families! ❤️

Nice location and pool. Everything else needs attention.
Food is bad, boring and low quality. we tried all restaurants and probably Tavo was the only 1 we enjoyed. The spirits are cheap and taste bad. The amenities need renovation. The hotel looks old.

Love the Solaris Caribe
We have stayed at the Solaris resorts many times over the last 6 years, nothing Cancun and Cabo. Cancun is probably a bit more preferred over Cabo. We are members of Solaris and have been pleased overall. They have recently remodeled the Caribe and made it adult only…both have been wonderful. This time fee stayed at the Caribe again and were pleased. The pool waiter, Charley has been fantastic! He remembered the second day one of us prefers pina colada with tequila not rum and just brought it to us that way when he saw us sitting at poolside. He was also very attentive to guest needs and was making rounds regularly!! Ricky and Carlos in the Caribe Cafe gave excellent service, too. Margarita, who manages the grill makes a great omelet and remembers the guests and will ask if we want the usual. Great customer service from these individuals in particular, but all the staff we encountered were great. Our room house keeper was great, too but I did not get her name. This was our first time staying as presidential members and having butler services. Ross is the gent who provides those services and he was helpful in seeing our needs were attended too. One of my only complaints is that the Solaris resorts do not offer decaf coffee in the rooms which have coffee makers in them or in the coffee shop. You can get into the cafe but it is the crystals dissolved in hot water so not as good. I guess I find it hard to believe there is not a decaf option. Surely, we are not the only ones who are decaf coffee, mocha, latte drinkers. And it can’t just be because my hubby and I are older (57) because my daughter (22) is no caffeine as well. 🤷🏼♀️
