Great holiday with kids
Lovely place and easy Way to have a holiday with kids. Food for the whole family to like.
Most of the holiday was spent at the kidsclub/miniclub, with a fantastic Crew. Marianna, Emi and Ivette Were wonderful playing, being creative and taking Care of our boys. This was a wonderful place to be with kids. So Big thanks to these three girls for making our stay even great 🙏🏼
Nice for kids!
Lovely stay with fam Kids area is so good. The staf is sweet and the activitys is nice. A BIG 👍🏼 to Marianna, Emi and Edith for the job I kids area.
After many years still wonderful
We took the kids and grandkids for our stay at the Royal Solaris and it was an amazing time. Yhe little kids got to spend time in the children's area with their water park and attention paid to them. The restaurants were all great, the only exception is the pool buffet has adequate food with the burgers, hot dogs, sushi and fried food. Our butler Ross took our experience over the top. He was amazing! He even made my birthday special. Also a shout out to one of our breakfast waiters, Ricky Gil. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend this resort.

Fun with friends
We had a wonderful vacation with a large group of friends. The food at Bogavente, Veneto, and Tavo was delicious. Shout out to Yzrael from the Caribe who always makes us feel welcome, Rosalinda from housekeeping who kept our room looking clean and fresh, Ximana the hostess who always greeted us with a smile, and Lazaro our pool waiter who amazingly kept up with all our drink requests! Our wait staff at Tavo were amazing!
We visited GR Solaris for breakfast 2 days during our stay and were welcomed by Obilia, Paula, Allan, and Abram.
Truly the staff always makes us feel welcome. Ross went above and beyond to assist with reservations for dining and anything else we required!
We were there over July 4th and FIFA World Cup with great activities!
Entertainment staff
Yzrael is amazing! I cannot imagine going to Cancun and not seeing his smiling face. He enjoys his job and the people he gets to work with. He radiates it!! We love to visit and always specifically find him to visit!!
