⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great family holiday — highly recommended!
We spent a wonderful week at Royal Solaris Cancún with my two daughters (8 and 10), and they absolutely loved it — they didn’t want to leave! 😊
The resort is large, with a great swimming pool and beautiful sea views. The all-inclusive was excellent: plenty of food and drinks throughout the day, regular activities and fantastic entertainment. The animation team was amazing, and the girls particularly loved the pool activities. Our last day ended with a fun bubble party, followed by a spectacular Moana-themed beach show with dancers and fire performers. 🔥🌺
As it was low season, some restaurants were closed and it was mainly buffet indoors or outdoor.A yoga session advertised for the mornings also didn’t take place.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Royal Solaris for families with children. ❤️
Our family vacation
Royal Solaris has great service from the moment you enter the hotel until the very end of your stay. Unfortunately, during our stay, the entire shoreline was experiencing issues with seaweed washing up on the shore. Our host, Catherine, did an excellent job attending to our needs throughout our stay. She answered every question we had and helped set up our dinner reservations during our visit.
The rooms were well-kept, clean, and always attended to whenever needed. The hotel is very family-oriented, and we experienced no issues with noise levels. We all had an excellent experience with the staff, particularly the waiters at the pools, such as Lazaro and Benita, as well as Edgar, who cooked our omelets at La Fuente. We affectionately nicknamed him “Papichulo.”
The food was okay. We can’t complain since it was an all-inclusive resort, but there is definitely room for improvement. Overall we had an excellent time staying at Royal solaris and will be looking forward to future visits.
Another AMAZING trip to Solaris
Hi all, I just want to take a minute to write yet another review for Royal Solaris in Cancun…. This resort NEVER FAILS!!! We arrive only to be greeted by the ONE and ONLY Consuelo….she is just AMAZING. She always greets with a smile and checks in on us throughout our stay. Her customer service is SUPERB. Now, on to Ross…. He made sure our group of 16 had a blast. He helped with dinner reservations on AND off property. He didn’t have to help with off site reservations but he did anyway. This trip would not have been as nearly as successful without his help. And it was DEFINITELY a success thanks to Ross. Our breakfast service at Rosamarinus was second to none. Our servers Ricky, Alfredo, and Ximena…. Well, let’s just say they know how to take care of guests. They always greeted me by name, and was ON POINT with service. Our glass /coffee cup was never empty. From Prosecco to coffee… we never had to ask. Our morning breakfast was a great way to start our day. Now, there are soooooo many more FANTASTIC employees at this resort. Do yourself a favor and GO!

“Outstanding service— I love this place!”
My sister and I just had amazing trip to Royal Solaris and Caribe resort August 2026. I was able to come here with my husband last year. We love this place! From start to finish. The customer service across the entire resort was top-tier. A huge shout out to Ximena and Marcos at the Rosmarinus beachside restaurant, and Kalimba in the deli who went above and beyond to make every meal special. The food throughout the resort was truly excellent with lots of variety. The resort is very well maintained and clean. It’s like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
