The hotel is located in first-line of the beach, and 24 km from the airport. It has 288 comfortable rooms, a Spa and a large beach. It has two restaurants: La Veranda with a beautiful view of the swimming pool, of the gardens and to the main terrace, where you will enjoy the buffet and themed dinners. El Mirador, with a romantic and luxurious atmosphere , with an incomparable Caribbean sunsets. Three bars: Lobby Bar, with a great variety of national and international drinks. The dune, located next to the upper pool, is quiet and cosy. La Langosta, located in the main pool of the hotel. And finally two snacks-bar: The Garden, the favorite place for children with delicious burgers, hot dogs and drinks. And the Patio La Veranda, with delicious light dishes. It also offers a wide variety of activities and watersports such as water aerobics, dance or football on the beach among others. It has two swimming pools and a gym. On the other hand, you can visit the Mayan ruin of Yamil Lu'um, which has access from the hotel. Alternatively, can go to La Isla shopping center, which is across the hotel, in the heart of the hotel zone.

Beautiful hotel
We stayed a couple of weeks with family. The position is eccellente, the hotel has a beatiful beach in front of it, (you don’t need to cross Any Street) and has a couple of nice pools plus an additional nice pool for little kids. The hotel is not too big, so everything is close .and i really appreciated it. There is all inclusive and 2 bars around the pool. The room we got was clean and big, with 2 bathrooms and a livi g room. The sea is nice, however, there are waves and it was never calm. However we could have a bath, since the Waves are high but you can still enjoy the water until your waist . You need to keep an eye on kids however and i would not recommed this beach to toddlers The color of sand and water was very nice, despote some sargasso , especially the first week. We expected they clean the beach from sargasso more frequently but they didn’t or not substantially, but we noticed it was the same also in the beaches in front of the other hotels. The hotel is family friendly and convenient also for people with wheelchair. The stuff is customer oriented and they help you a lot . We got a pro le with one of the kid and they help us to rent a wheelchair and they were very helpful. They have also an agency inside to organizzare to toors. Customers were mainky mexican people and we appreciated that since we were looking for sonthing local. The atmosfere was always friendly and cheerful and safe. We enjoyed a nice stay

Dining experience was great every meal. The service was excellent! Andrea and Jose made our trip and celebration extra special!
Concierge Juan Carlos Went Above and Beyond!
Juan Carlos, Concierge at Park Royal Beach Hotel in Cancun was extremely helpful at setting up a Cabana on the beach and locating a Mariachi band to sing happy birthday for my wife. I would rate a 5 for his outstanding service!

Amazing Family Vacation Thanks to Carmen
I stayed at Park Royal Beach Cancun for a week with my mom and aunt, and we had a great experience. The resort was clean, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Our favorite part was the service from our waiter, Carmen. She was always kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She remembered us each time we came in and always made us feel welcome, which really made our trip even better. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun. Thanks again to Carmen for making our vacation so memorable!
