Best coffee shop in Cancun
This review is specific to the coffee shop and its employees. Every morning we came down for a morning hit of coffee. We were always greeted with smiles and greetings from Alejandro and Perla. Their service was great and they made and effort to remember your order every day. They definitely got our day started off in the right way.

Jared was such a pleasure to have around taking care of our request. He went out of his way to accommodate us and was always pleasant and quick to respond. Thank you for the amazing service, and going above and beyond, Jared!!! Sefonia was the best bar tender, we enjoyed his excellent service in the reserve bar. Those were the best drinks I ever had!! He is so knowledgeable about different types of drinks. All the hotel staff were super friendly, and always went out of their way to smile and greet us.

80’s in the sand never disappoints! But Alejandro in the coffee bar was the most fabulous employee! I’m glad he taught me about toasted marshmallow flavor the last day or I would have spent all my time caffeinating with him!

we really enjoyed our time here the resort is beautiful! The staff is exceptional, so friendly and the service was top notch! we had so many great interactions with staff very personable and welcoming want to give a shout out to Alex and the coffee shop staff! our rooms were always perfect they are cleaning nonstop! thank you Paradisus!

Super clean great job on the renovations!
Great location, great beach, pools are a bit deep for kiddos and vertically challenged friends. The tiles on the bottom are cute, but not practical they are all popping off. The rooms are very clean and they are not damp or musty at all. First time in 6 years coming to Cancun, I did not need damp rid nor a dehumidifier in the room! Rodolfo, the Gastro Hall manager is outstanding! Made sure that I had my "Mexican Coffee "
