Beach n food n staff are great but only have one pool n 2 ala carte resto n only a lounge entertainment for 2 nights out of 7 nights we stayed. We requested to sing but we were turned down I think mainly because hes not comprehending English And no day activities here at all as advertised If u want to relax this is the place not for party people In 15 years we’ve been coming to Mexico we were allowed to use the facilities with no $15/hour extra charge. It’s not ÓLEO’s fault as i didnt ask our agent coz I thought they have the same policy I rate this hotel 3 stars Sorry I can’t recommend ÓLEO as a great hotel to stay coz i will be disappointed

Worst hotel ever
This property boost 4.3 rating false more like 2.5,they say top shelf liquor that's a lie . They say family friendly not even close ! No activities not at the pool or beach. Entertainment is some guy dressed in a mask and so called Dj in a cramp space ..Inside bar 16 or so seats with 4 tables of to the side. While we stayed there witnessed 5 fist fight,19 days total .one of them was between 2 girls that a man had to grab his child out of harms way. Cokecane being sold at the resort by vacationers as well as the front gate night time security guard. On the good side the on Duty manage named Julie is doing her best and I would hire her in my own business. The hotel staff as well is fantastic such as server and bartender. While here had the maid come in my room at 10 pm for what no clue but she open the door and I'm in my birthday suit, total unexcpectable. Please spend your money else where. On the weekend the local invade the property and take over. 6 woman came here with music blasting at the swim up bar that has it own music playing and did nothing till customers complained. After that complaint they did a better job with others. Under the swim up bar black mold from one end to the other. I have to say this even tho I praised the manager she came to me to take down my post in a harassing manor ,not expectable. The beach is the worst ever seaweed every day bad surf and they lost 30 feet of beach line while we're there.I can go on but I think that enough

This resort makes your vacation a dream
Clean hotel and comfortable beds and an amazing beach with NO sargassum. A real bargain. Jorge, Emiliano, Crispin, Luis and Ham were genuine and went far and beyond to take good care of us. This resort’s staff has been the best we’ve ever seen in the Riviera Maya. We’ll definitely be back.
Horrible
1.- I have diarrhea from eating octopus where chicken wings and chistorra were grilled,
2.-The bed sheets are polyester—not cotton—and it gets very cold at night. 3.- The drinks are horrible—truly appallingly bad-tasting.
4.-I paid $190 to upgrade to a room with a terrace, but when I got to the suite, the "terrace" turned out to be nothing more than an extra meter of floor space; it’s disappointing to be lied to. We were on our honeymoon, and the experience was truly awful—plus, the TV ran on the Oleo operating system and was incredibly slow.
5.- It’s clear the Jacuzzi hasn’t been maintained; I wouldn’t recommend it at all—there’s a lot of grime on the walls, and the glass is filthy. The experience at that hotel was sad—please don't go there, or even give it a try; you'd be better off spending that $560 suite money somewhere else. The rest of the food was delicious, but the grilled octopus I had for dinner gave me diarrhea for five days
Our afternoon by the pool made the trip
We spent an incredible October afternoon right by the pool that made the whole family trip for us. Around 1 p.m. when the sun got really hot, sitting out by the water with the coastal breeze blowing through the huge five-meter palm trees was just bliss. The ocean air keeps everything feeling fresh even during the warmest part of the day, and watching the palms sway against the clear sky while cooling off in the water was definitly the highlight of our vacation. Diego took such good care of us when we needed help arranging some spots under the shade so the kids could rest comfortably. He checked in on us to make sure we had towels and cold drinks, which was extremely perfect for an easy afternoon under the sun. Alberto at the front desk was also super friendly and helped us with quick directions. We cannot wait to come back.
