All inclusive hotel that's reasonable but noisy and no elevators
Like many hotels on the strip this one is also built on a hill. If you have problems walking up steps from there road and also down to the beach then this is not for you. Plus some of the rooms are close to the road and are very noisy, especially from local motor bikes. We didn't get much sleep for the whole night, we moved to another hotel. The main restaurant is sure modern and good selection good. For an all inclusive hotel the prices are pretty good. For many people that go to the CDS dental specialists this is just 2 minutes from the clinic. So just select a room overlooking the beach and get your coming boots on!

Stay was good but food needs work
The overall stay was good, not great. We first stayed in 2024 and loved it so much that we came back. This time around the service didn’t feel as personable and the dinner meals were…not good. It would have been nice to have the meal themes listed so that we could choose which ones to skip. Overall, the trip was good but I don’t think we’ll be coming back.
Amazing place
One of the best hotels in Cancun I’ve stayed in. My parents invited to come for their vacation, I was hesitant but glad I came. Will definitely come back here

Looked great, turned our not so great!
We had a all-inclusive option, upon checking we where tolled we could not enjoy all restaurants/lobster. Nice welcome.
Our room was next to the road, because there is so much traffic and very bad isolation, i could not sleep for the whole night. That was the point for this hotel.
The frontdoor was broken.
Koffie we had to pay for
It was pouring rain, still we had to get the drinks from downstairs at the pool bar. We asked why they did not open the bar upstairs... 'it is what it is'. after 30 minutes they did open the bar, but most people where soaking wet!
Breakfast/Lunch/Diner is buffer is great!
Strange black flying bugs (100+) at the doors you needed to get through to enter the hotel. Not a nice feeling.
Wifi was very poor at our room (114)
Nice place for a good price
A very good, solid, clean stay for the price. This was a mother/daughter trip with my 19 year old daughter, and we liked that the hotel was a short walk from a nice little mall, and we felt safe walking there. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles come up to lay their eggs on the beach at night, and the atmosphere was very relaxed, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
