Wonderful Vacation!
Just returned from a week stay. Hotel was extremely clean and the service was a 10 out of 10! This was some of the best food we have ever had at an AI resort; and I have been to several. A special thanks to Ahmed at the Mexican Restaurant and Carlos at the Lobby Bar for their exceptional service. Would definitely return.

Great service, great people, great experience!
This resort is FABULOUS. The service was incredibly quick and everyone was so attentive. We had so many people go above and beyond to get to know us, check in with us daily, and ensure we had a fabulous stay. Abraham and Ambar were incredible and created beautiful sand art for us on a towel to celebrate a milestone birthday (the reason we were visiting). They went out of their way to surprise us with it, and it was beautiful! Abraham was so attentive and helpful with chairs, umbrellas, and finding a spot each day. As for the entertainment team, Alex, Ari, and Jony brought the ENERGY and excitement, and they were always telling us about the next fun event. Plus, they were the best at leading fun activities - our favorites were water aerobics and music trivia. Alondra at the lobby bar was so sweet and helpful, and Eduardo was the best pool server and kept us taken care of. Highly recommend visiting this resort, full of incredibly caring and genuine people. 10/10. Food, housekeeping, and general overall environment is wonderful.
Good value, convenient location, 3.8 stars
Just spent 4 days at this resort for a mother/daughter trip and had a lovely time. The beach was beautiful (which is never a guarantee in July), there was some standout service from Irving, Ambar, Julian, Jose, Geraldo, Diego at the preferred pool, who went out of their way to make our trip special!
Restaurants were good, never much of a wait if any, menus could have a little more variety, but everything was tasty and fresh.
Rooms were comfortable, bed was great, oceanfront view was stunning. We could see the sea turtles from our balcony every night coming to lay eggs, so amazing to see!
Something to note is beach access is a challenge and requires a flight of stairs, I didn’t see any ramp access.
A few small things would have made a world of difference…the preferred level liquor, specifically the whiskey, was not preferred, and hard to come by at that. I felt like each night I was annoyingly begging for Jameson which is not even that high end and by the end of our trip, they ran out and remaining options were bleak. Other Secrets properties carry better brands and were always happy to restock without making us feel like we were asking for too much. Also, check out was meh, usually someone calls ahead to check on departure, help with bags, they did not, so as we wheeled our luggage into the preferred lounge to check out, we were offered no assistance, didn’t even ask how our stay was, or thank us for being there. Just got handed a check out card and told to give to the bell man and unfortunately that was the last impression of the trip.
All things considered, it was a good value, and some people there would be the reason we return, just a bit of work to do to get to the level of the other properties in the area.

We went to the Bordeaux restaurant and had a great time! Our server Daniel was great! Get the onion quiche! Very savory!
Our first visit, but will not be our last
It was our first all-inclusive resort experience, but our holiday stay makes us want more. It was very relaxing and we truly enjoyed the food at the Market cafe and Coco cafe especially.
