Best Family Resort And Vacation For All
Took my wife, 12 year old daughter and 6 year old son to this all inclusive resort. This is our 3rd Mexico vacation and this was by far the best. From the time our Bell Attendant Gustavo opened the door and brought are luggage to the room till the time we went to check out the experience was phenomenal. Check in was a breeze the lobby staff was awesome, you always felt welcome when you walked through there. Shout out to are bar tenders and servers, Jose at Pizzeria By Isla was totally over the top! Are pool and beach servers Antonio and Francisco never missed a beat very on top of it. Can’t forget the fellas at the Lobby Bar Enrique and Lorenzo definitely recommend the sunset drink, my wife was a huge fan. The Restaurant Manager Angel was very accommodating when we wanted to change are dinner reservation and add another family to it that we met. Truthfully every worker deserves recognition I just couldn’t remember everyone’s name! On to the food! We thought the food was amazing for an all inclusive. Kids loved the ice cream and all the grab and go stuff. We have definitely ate are fare share of pizza while we were there. Housekeeping was awesome always made are room look brand new everyday shout out to Nora for that! Bottle water is available but we mostly refilled our bottles from the FILTERED water refill stations. Location was about a 20 minute drive from the Airport, the hotel sent a recommendation email to use Prestige Cancún. Very simple no hassle’s. Best part is you’re right across the road from a gas station, Pharmacy and McDonald’s 7 minute walk and yes the walk is safe if you have some common sense. There was some seaweed but it didn’t bother us at all. Basically if you’re looking for a great place to have a Family Vakay, this place is it. We’re definitely going back we were more than satisfied

Fantastic Staff, Great Food, and Excellent Value
We had an amazing stay! This resort is only about 15 minutes from the airport and the ferry station, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful view options. The all-inclusive package was an incredible value. It included just about everything, with the exception of premium meats and top-shelf alcoholic beverages. The variety of restaurants and food was outstanding, and every meal exceeded our expectations. What truly made this resort special was the staff. Every employee greeted us with a smile, asked if we needed anything, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The only suggestion I have is that the pool water was very warm. On hot summer days, cooler water would be much more refreshing. Overall, this resort offers amazing service, delicious food, a convenient location, and excellent value for the price. It’s truly a great bang for your buck, and we can’t wait to return!

This resort hit all needs of a resort without being unmanageably complicated as others. Everything was reachable easily Suites were beautiful, clean very pleasant to hang in. Lobby spacious impressive with couple of stores a bakery mo s burger The openness of resort gave a nice airy feeling with good landscaping in atriumlike areas.
Gym was solid ! lots of equipment and a small enclosed area for mat work etc
All staff were exceptionally professional and pleasant trying to accommodate all needs. We had 2 babies with us. We did not see anyone not go out of their ways to make our stay pleasant. Very impressed.
Pool area is nice we rented cabanas which was great especially if you have babies gave them space to crawl around. pool is deep enough to do some laps probably around 4 feet ? Due to seaweed and a little rough sea we were not able to enjoy the beach as much but adults went and forma daily dip - guess it is the season for the seaweed
There were activities ( and a dj) during the day around pool area which kept things lively without being too intrusive.There was live entertainment at nights - a sax player one night at lobby bar area, acrobats - 4th of july impressive aqua show magician …
The entertainment Lead? Alex and his team were great with his wonderful energy and obvious love of people . he was leading most activities aquabike was surprisingly challenging !
All restaurants were wonderful my lunch go to. was cevicheria.
The kids loved the kids club they even had a pj party.
Bonus was we were able to see sea turtles come to shore to lay eggs and saw how the eggs were taken out the next day to be placed to fenced areas - turtle farms so they are not destroyed
Overall great experience and our group ages 6 months tp 64 years old were very happy.
Newly all inclusive
The hotel conversion to all inclusive was probably a mistake, as it doesn't seem to be able to handle it. All of the staff dont seem to have a full understanding of what it is, however all of them were super nice and helpful. Also the hotel had constant conventions or some corporate groups where you come to vacation with family and it's full of drinking men which was not helpful to the limited space. Also the beach is there however not really usable as it it literally had 1 umbrella and barely maybe 20 chairs and if you think you can get one from the pool think again as the pool did not have enough either. The situation with people reserving chairs at 6 am was not helpful either. Would not go back.

Amazing experience
We stayed and Marriot Cancun, everything was amazing! Especially thanks to Giovanni for the best Margartia cocktail in the resort!
