Great Resort
We were pleasantly surprised with this resort. Iris at checkin was professional and friendly. Every question we had during the week, she answered with a smile. What a great first impression!
Our room was on the 11th floor. Very nice and clean but a bit outdated. ( no issues for us)
It was really hot so we spent alot of time at the pool. Javier the bartender was incredible. Friendly service. He looked like he loved his job. The servers were also amazing.
The “a la carte restaurants” were easy to access and the food was simply the best. Service was also excellent at all restaurants. All servers were very attentive, professional . Buffet had everything we needed.
The only negative is the very slow elevators. ( with no AC) But on vacation , we were not rushed with time….so all good!
We highly recommend it.

Caesar the great!!
The most amazing Caesar- such a beautiful human and server. Made out whole trip! I will just miss him so much and beyond recommend him. He is the very best of the best, thank you so much for being so amazing to us ❤️❤️❤️ such a beautiful person inside and out!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
It is so good and both our servers were great and food was so yummy and amazing.
We had a great stay and the Ayami restaurant is the best restaurant and Cesar and Alex provided the best service for us and they helped us a lot when we didn’t have many options to eat because we are vegetarian. They are probably one of the nicest people and are at the best restaurant available.
Take a Bite is amazing
Our favourite place was Take a Bite and Yahaira and all other girls were amazing and helpful! They make awesome beverages and always with a smile on their faces. Keep it up!
Just one of the best soups I’ve ever had
Okay, it sounds silly to base a review on an appetizer, but the beef broth soup was genuinely one of the most flavourful things I’ve ever had. You need to try it.
And a HUGE shout out to our waiter, Aaron, who was kind enough to offer to get another one for our table. It made our night!
