Our stay at Krystal
Great location, easy access to everything downtown, and the specialty restaurants were a highlight (the Mexican restaurant was our favorite). Paulina, Jorge, and Melanie gave excellent service. The room was the letdown: the toilet ran all night, the beds are worn out, and the AC died on our last night and couldn't be fixed. Maintenance had trouble understanding the issues, and line-cutting at the restaurants was a daily problem. We usually stay at Moon Palace, and I don't expect to return here.

Disappointed guest.
Receptionist are not knowledgeable enough to handle guest concerns and request. Very disappointing. And they turned off the air-conditioning in the lounge area after 7pm or 8pm The hotel needs an update.

Great stay at the Krystal!
Just got back from a week at the Krystal Cancun. What a great time! The staff was always helpful! There was a surprise rabbit that greeted us in our room prepared by Noemi Caamal, there was help from Rafeal's crew at the bellmans desk, staying lubricated at the beach with Paulina's help, or setup in the AquaMarina by Venus and David. All in all we were well supported during our stay.

Can't wait to leave
The Experience begins with the room has no water the first night the air conditioning knocked and the sliding door to the balcony is horribly broke and or something you can barely open. The elevators never work so you have to walk up five flights to steps it is very nice and clean the the food options here are horrible for me. 90% of your eating option is buffet and for someone with disability they can't use their arms the only option I have is either wait till noon to go to The Fishery and able to choose like six items or order room service and pay additional charges which is ridiculous since this is all inclusive but I've been eating the same thing everyday because it's the only option available for my situation I would not recommend this I will never come back here it's not very accommodating it is very nice clean and affordable so if you're a person without disabilities it may be good for you
