Best holiday ever! Can’t wait return
I had an incredible stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancun, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I received from the entire team. A special thank you to Wendy Batista, General Manager Assistant , who went above and beyond to make my stay truly amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel so welcome. Elias, who took care of me at breakfast and lunch, was absolutely the best—always friendly, attentive, and made every meal enjoyable. Lino at the beach made sure I was always comfortable and taken care of, providing exceptional service every day. Rosa at Pier 12 delivered some of the best service I’ve ever experienced, and Gerardo, who was in charge at the buffet, was incredibly helpful and always made sure everything was perfect. Daniel at the entertainment was always making sure u having fun . The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest’s experience memorable. The food was outstanding with so many delicious options, and every part of my stay exceeded my expectations.
Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Zilara Cancun for such a wonderful vacation. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️🥰🌝
A piece of paradise
This resort is absolutely amazing from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. The service is absolutely amazing. All the restaurants were great. The entire resort is kept absolutely spotless. The rooms are cleaned every morning and there’s a turn down service every night making the room feel very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning, drinking a cup of coffee and staring out at the ocean. We watched turtles come up on the beach and nest, which was so cool. The service was absolutely amazing from the poolside waiters to the cabana people to the entertainment crew to all the servers in all the restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and so willing to do absolutely anything to make your stay amazing. A special shout out to Rosa and Marcilino at Pier 12. Mayanine at the pool served us some amazing drinks. The cabana crew was so accommodating . Danria was amazing. We fell in love with Elizabeth and Sandy, the entertainment crew. They were so much fun. I know I’m forgetting some names and I’m so sorry I didn’t want to leave anybody out. If you’re considering this resort, definitely book it. It’s a very laid-back, quiet and relaxing place.

Refreshing Week Away!
It was an overall positive week away from reality. That staff was incredibly accomodating and we were able to fully rest and enjoy the beauty of the place.

The best resort we have experienced in Mexico.
From the time we arrived we were treated exceptional. Our coffee friend Jose was talented, kind and overall made our start to the morning perfect. Abel and Candelano our servers in Spices treated my husband and myself like royalty. Those two men made breakfast relaxing. Our two bartenders at Sports bar were Bryan and I forgot the others name but they were so fun and hustled every time we were in there. All around every single employee was top notch. Always smiling, greeting or asking if we needed anything. We will be back.

The resort is beautiful. The restaurants are delicious and the staff are lovely. I highly recommend. Carlos Martinez is the best!
