Amazing Service!
We have been to Cancun many times. I have to say that the service at the pool was absolutely amazing and was the best yet. Baldemar offered superb service and made me laugh many times and called me by name everyday. If you visit this hotel, go see him; he will definitely make your experience one of the best. Incredible Hotel and Staff
We were at the Hilton all-inclusive in Cancun last week. We had a wonderful time. The hotel and staff were amazing. We had wonderful service but there were a few employees who went above and beyond to make our trip special. First of all Felepe, he was our server at breakfast in Maxal. He noticed that I was using a crutch to get around and immediately came over to me and grabbed my plate to help me get the food off the buffet and back to my table. He was very kind and I really appreciated his help.
We spent a lot of time at the pool. Pablo Edson was our server most days. He was amazing. He remembered our drinks and made sure that he checked on us continuously throughout the day.
During the day there was a good amount of entertainment from Aqua Stretching to Movie Music Trivia and Bingo. Diego, Yoda and Nico kept us entertained.
The first and last night we ate at the Italian restaurant, which was our favorite. German was our waiter both nights, and he went above and beyond for us. When we came in on the last night, he actually remembered us. He made us feel like we were his only table and provided excellent service.
My family and I really enjoyed our time on vacation and the staff really made it a vacation we will remember.
Kids activities
Bracelet making and Face painting with Yoda was very well done! My kids loved his work.

We truly and totally enjoyed our experience here. Everything was neat, clean and amazing. David Ruiz, concierge, was not only helpful but fantastic. Julian was also great. The entire staff was super. We would come back and encourage our friends to to come. The entertainment was fun!!
Wonderful
We had a very short stay at this Hilton, but it was fabulous. Julian and Jesus went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The views were beautiful, everything was clean, great pools, and buffet was great. We can’t wait to stay here again!
