- Hilton Cancun An All Inclusive Resort

Nestled behind a mangrove preserve and set on 100 acres of Mayan coastline, our all-inclusive resort features twelve restaurants and bars, a 68,000 sq. ft. indoor-outdoor convention center, health club, plus kids and teens clubs. Drink in ocean views from our suites, and spend sunny afternoons in our two pools. The airport and Cancun's Hotel Zone are within 20 minutes.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We came with family it was amazing Javier the lifeguard was so helpful and professional Ariana was so helpful ! All day brought drinks !
Our initial arrival at the hotel was great. We were promptly greeted and checked in easily. However, several issues throughout our stay affected our experience.
One major issue was a power outage that occurred during our last evening Friday July 10 into Saturday July 11 in the morning at the hotel. It started around 9:30 p.m. and lasted over an hour and a half. The power briefly returned for less than an hour before going out again until late morning. The temperature in our room was uncomfortable, and we couldn’t sleep well. In the morning, we were unable to shower due to low water pressure and the absence of hot water. This was inconvenient, especially since we had to head to the airport without being able to shower and clean up. The hotel didn’t acknowledge the outage, offer an apology, or provide any explanations.
The food at the resort was also disappointing. Surprisingly, our favorite food there were the tacos at the small poolside shacks. As for the restaurants, La Luce was decent, but all the other restaurants were underwhelming.
The pools are worn out, lots of tiles missing and we witnessed another guest cutting his foot in the pool. The lifeguard on duty had to tend to the guest wound due to the bleeding. If you are not careful, it is easy to cut yourself due to sharp edges and missing tiles in the pool.
Lastly, we had two reservations. One was made using a free night certificate on the first day, and the other was a second consecutive stay with cash. The hotel informed us that we were upgraded to a swim-up room during our free night stay and that we didn’t need to check out and check in again for the second stay. However, since we didn’t check in again for the second stay, it showed as a late cancellation on our account, and we still haven’t received the correct points and nights for the stay. The hotel assured us that everything looked good on their end and advised us to contact Hilton.
We have been to Cancun several times and our stay at Hilton Cancun All inclusive was unfortunately very underwhelming.

I would like to thank the Kids Corner staff of the Hilton Cancun hotel. Arve, Nath, Griss, Famu, Pauman and Eli are amazing. Our kids fell in love with this place and they would prefer being there to swimming in the pool. The staff is super kind and friendly. They take good care of kids and entertain them with fun activities. I would definitely recommend to visit this place if you are traveling with kids. They would have an amazing time while parent can enjoy themselves too.
