Amazing time! Thank you Enrique!
We had an amazing mini-moon here all thanks to our fabulous butler, Enrique. From the moment we checked in, he made sure to inform us of all our benefits that came with being part of the Serenity club. He had booked out all our dinner reservations so we did not need to worry about anything during our trip except to show up and eat. The spa experience was also booked by him and it was such a relaxing and well needed experience. Enrique also hand sprayed the aromatherapy scent in our room which made our room feel even more spa like. Enrique also helped with making sure our room service for breakfast was ready to be sent at the time we desired so we didn’t have to worry about it in the morning. Would def come back to the resort and request Enrique!

The resort was amazing and our swim up room was perfect! Enrique really made our stay one of a kind and helped us with anything we needed! He was responsive and attentive to all our needs and even offered his own advice on what to do while we were there. The trip wouldn’t have been the same without him! We will definitely be back with friends and will ask for Enrique specifically!
Incredible Resort; Enrique J is the best!
We stayed at this resort for my boyfriend’s birthday! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our stay was incredible. NONE of it would have been possible without Enrique!!!! He was a dream and he alone made the upgrade to the Serenity Club well worth it. The daily activities are amazing, there truly is something for everyone. The restaurants were awesome, every single staff member we made contact with was so sweet and helpful! The swim out pool attached to our room was a dream. The spa treatments were also incredible and so affordable. On day 2 I was already making plans for our return trip!! I will absolutely be back and personally requesting Enrique to work with. If you are looking for an adult only, peaceful, relaxing vibe this is definitely the place. Beautiful resort, trees everywhere, a much needed reset for us both!

Excellent stay at the hotel, food and drinks exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful (special mention to Denisse our butler). Entertainment was good. Our room was clean and bar restored each day. Would deffo go again!!
