Haven- The Best surprise birthday present
My husband surprised me with this trip for my birthday. I was pleasantly impressed by the way we were warmly welcomed and treated throughout our stay. We were assigned our own personal butler, Kiki, who was resourceful, helpful, and friendly. He personally took an interest, ensuring we had all we needed at all times. The food and drinks were delicious and never ending! The entire resort, including the rooms were comfy, spacious, and spotless! I really enjoyed morning yoga overlooking the beach and the countless activities throughout the day. The spa is a must visit! I especially loved the hydro pool and my massage was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Haven Riviera Cancún!

So much fun at Haven
Great resort, great staff especially Pedro at the pool bar. All the restaurants had great food. The rooms were very spacious and clean

Me and my partner stayed at the Haven Riviera in April this year and we had the best time!
The room - 9.5/10. We had an oceanfront room with a pool. The view was beautiful, minus the seaweed that washed up but nature can’t be helped.
Butler service - 10/10. Part of the serenity club package was our butler Pat. Nothing was too much for him and really looked after us. He came to check on us and even checked in when he wasn’t working. He helped us with dinner reservations, sorting transfers for days out and quite literally anything else we needed throughout our stay.
Food - 7/10. I personally enjoyed the majority of the restaurants and the food in general. My partner however was less keen on a few restaurants so to each their own. The Asian/sushi restaurant was a favourite we visited 2-3 times. Some were better than others but there was plenty to choose from.
The facilities - 10/10. Gym was adequate. The coffee shop on site was great. The spa facilities and treatments were good. Plenty of bars across the resort.
Overall the vibe was really good. On one side of the resort was a quiet more relaxed side and on the other was a pool party/lively side so you had the best of both worlds. The resort was clean and every single staff member was polite.
This hotel holds a special place in our hearts as this is where we got engaged! The hotel helped my fiancé plan the engagement and made the occasion so so special for us.
We enjoyed every minute of this holiday. Hopefully we’ll be back for our honeymoon!
