The Hotel and Infrastructure are perfect for a family holiday amongst international guests. The beach ist fantastic and even if the algae was at some days annoying the pool area was a good recompensation. The personnel was very kind as we are used to experience in México and we enjoyed every moment at your hotel.

Front desk and. Resort
Worse resort of the century, I would never stay in this resort even if they offer me free night or book my free vacation. All the visitor for state we met on pool are saying same thing that this was the worse resort and front desk staff are very rude and don't care at all even there manager pablo ceaser , his staff Luis , young girl name Jenifer but not sure are worse do not go to them at all .I would not recommend this resort to anyone. Back of the house staff are really great and good but front staff are very crazy. I got racism comments from they royal member team who was trying to sign up for royal vacation club that this resort is not for indian or vegetarian demographic,. Which is very very lie ,since I stay at lot of resort and there is always something for vegan and vegetarian demographic food option available. Lastly , I wasted my my money and time and had real bad experience at this resort please do not waste money and select different resort there are plenty of resort in Cancun . I would not recommend anyone to go to this resort .

Price for luxury hotel but quality is the cheapest
The quality of the bed is very poor. If you are someone who values a comfortable mattress or has difficulty sleeping, this hotel is probably not the right choice. The food is also disappointing and lacks quality. Rather than offering such a wide variety of dishes, the hotel would be better reducing the selection and focusing on improving the overall quality of the meals. The only exception is the à la carte restaurant, which serves noticeably better food.

Great hotel! Service was exceptional. Beach was fantastic as well as the ocean! Food was good but usually the same everyday for the most part.

Master suite and private beach (almost!)
First time in this hotel. The room was perfect, except for the sofa bed for my son (thin mattress with visibles springs). Otherwise, everything was very good. The beach, so quiet, the pool for adults only, the restaurants without reservations, we enjoyed the food most of the time.
