Can’t wait to go back!
We loved this resort! I am a travel agent and would definitely recommend this location to my clients. The service was outstanding. All food and drink options were delicious. Every staff member that we encountered was kind, helpful, and hard-working. The room was beautiful. We stayed in an oceanfront master suite, and it was definitely worth the cost of the upgrade. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation with lots of special memories! We feel very thankful and blessed to have had the experience.

Great Vacation, But a Few Major Inconveniences
Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our vacation. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and most of the experience met our expectations.
There were a few issues, though. During our stay, the power went out almost every day. Whenever the power went out, we also lost access to water, which was very inconvenient. On our first day, our room was never cleaned, and I had to call the front desk to request housekeeping service.
Another unexpected issue was that my daughter became sick during our trip. We needed to have her seen by the hotel's medical service, and it cost $300. If you're traveling with children, it's good to know that the hotel does not provide complimentary medical care.
Despite these inconveniences, we still had a nice vacation overall. I hope the hotel can improve the reliability of its utilities and housekeeping service to make future guests' stays even better.
Mold and plastic food
Room smells like mold. The buffet food is inedible and not labeled so don’t even know what I should avoid. Do not come here.
Great hotel for families
Overall this is a great hotel. The grounds are kept up really well and the staff work hard to make sure you are taken care of. Only real issues I had was the bars running out of products like drink mixes or premium alcohols, the Ice Cream shop didn't offer many flavors and the ice cream was done by 10 PM. They also need to work on their power grid. Would have random moments where the electricity would just turn off, which would cause faults in the room with the A/C unit. But this is still an excellent resort and I would be willing to return with my family again. They hold lots of weddings, so seems like a really good place for a destination wedding as well.
Great family vacation
Great family experience. Friendly and attentive staff. Food service better than expected. Our grandkids loved the local, Mexican offerings for breakfast.
