Overall, the resort was amazing, and we really enjoyed the property and its amenities. The lazy river was definitely a highlight, and I would highly recommend taking advantage of everything the resort has to offer.
That said, I did feel that the entertainment was lacking and could definitely be improved.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside of our stay was the sargassum. The smell was horrendous and extremely foul. I also noticed that the sargassum appeared to be burned during the very early morning hours, around 4:00 AM. The smoke and fumes were extremely heavy and actually exacerbated my mom’s asthma, which was very concerning. I strongly feel the resort should consider a different method of managing the sargassum, especially when the resulting smoke and fumes can impact guests with respiratory conditions.
I also want to recognize a couple of staff members who truly stood out. Jesus, our poolside server, was wonderful. He was very attentive, friendly, and consistently made sure we were taken care of.
Carlos at Bluewater Grill was exceptional. He was incredibly attentive without ever making us feel rushed, provided excellent recommendations, and delivered genuinely high quality service. He made our dining experience especially enjoyable and absolutely deserves recognition.
Despite the issues with the entertainment and sargassum, we enjoyed many aspects of the resort, particularly the amenities and the wonderful service we received from staff members like Jesus and Carlos.
Very nice but there are lots of see weeds in beach. Rooms are great and food is good.
Amazing resort lots to do for kids this was our second time going tho the resort and would recommend to anyone
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dreams Natura — August 14–20, 2026
We recently stayed at Dreams Natura from August 14–20 with Impression Black status. This was our second stay, after visiting in December, and overall we had another fun trip with our guests.
Fernando and Fernando (butlers) were terrific and really made us feel well taken care of. Javier was also amazing—he kept our drinks filled and provided great service throughout our stay. At the Preferred Pool, Roger took great care of us and got us set up daily, and Nancy was a wonderful server as well.
The kids had a great time on the water slides and lazy river, and we enjoyed participating in activities like Zumba and beach volleyball. The food was overall good, and there was a nice variety of options throughout the resort.
Since this was our second stay, we did notice some differences from our December visit. One of the things we especially liked last time was that the Preferred Pool was adults-only, but children are now allowed, so the atmosphere was different. We also didn’t receive an upgrade this trip.
As Impression Black members, our only additional perks were a complimentary 25-minute chair massage and one complimentary cabana which we took advantage of.
We also noticed that the fan in our room was quite noisy, which was frustrating.
We brought my best friend, her husband, and two of their children with us this time, so it was a much more family-oriented trip. One evening we weren’t allowed into the arcade, which was strange and disappointing, especially since we had the kids with us.
We also did a photoshoot during our stay. Unfortunately, we weren’t particularly happy with our photographer, so that experience could have been better.
That said, we still had a fun family vacation and were well taken care of overall. The staff members who provided service to us really stood out and made a positive difference in our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our time at Dreams Natura and had a great family trip. We would consider returning again.
Terrible customer service. Worst food. Half the staff don’t speak English. No smoking allowed. Beach all sea weed. Sewage smell 24/7 Mosquito central Save your money and go down where worth it
