Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah

We had our 4th stay at this wonderful hotel from 25.6 26 until 8.7.26. As always the hotel was immaculate and our suite was beautiful and clean. I say it every year and this year is no exception the fantastic staff are what make this hotel stand out from the many hotels in Dubai. A special thanks to the pool guys Borzo, Vamshi and Sohan who go above and beyond to make sure we are topped up with water and clean towels regularly stop by for a chat and to make sure that we are enjoying our holiday and to ask if there is anything we need. The pool area is always clean and tidy. Thanks to our housekeeper Buddhi for keeping our suite immaculate and keeping us topped up with milk. The staff in the Mezzerie are so attentive and the food is varied and delicious. Special mention to Hermae who recognised us from our previous stays also Laxmi, Asitha, thettin, Sujan, Santhul Angelica Ankur and Hridoy. The Mezzerie was not open every day for dinner so we ate at Yu. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was second to none. We also ate at Social and the food was top quality. The guys at reception are really helpful ordering taxis when you want to go out. We were booked in for half board but because the Mezzerie was not open all the time we ate at the other restaurants. We were not informed of the restricted hours when we arrived and only found out when we went for our evening meal and it was closed. We were given an allowance towards eating at the other restaurants but the half board menu was not very inspiring so you needed to spend more money to get a better choice. I fully understand why the Mezzerie had restricted hours but we should have been informed of this when we checked in. We had a fantastic holiday as usual and hopefully we will see you all again in September.

Our experience at the Kids Club was fantastic, thanks to the amazing team—Akram, Rachel, and Hanna. They were warm, caring, and incredibly attentive, making our child feel comfortable and excited to join the activities every day. Their energy, patience, and genuine love for what they do really stood out. It gave us peace of mind knowing our child was in such capable and friendly hands. Thank you, Akram, Rachel, and Hanna, for making our family holiday even more memorable. You are truly an asset to the Kids Club!

Fabulous hotel with professional but friendly staff in all departments. Beautiful entrance and stunning views from the bedroom and balcony on the 5th floor. The beautiful room and en-suite was extremely clean. During our stay it was very quiet and the price per night in particular being a Hilton Member with breakfast for 2 was so very reasonable - of course low season for Dubai and sadly I fear the conflict in the Middle East has taken its toll on lower occupancy - for us it was fabulous for the staff and others probably way too quiet. Adult pool would be a huge a welcome if hotel busy with children but we had the choice of also using the family pool which was also quiet - beach is very clean and the sea was very warm - a perfect few days for nothing but relaxation - breakfast choice was superb and the Italian and Chinese Restaurant the food was exceptionally good - highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next year and for a longer stay
