Great stay
We have just returned from the W and had a wonderful time during our 10 night stay ,I would like to make a special mention to Darius for the way he looked after us daily at the wet deck getting us drinks and food nothing was a trouble for him , the food and drinks are fantastic at this hotel we will be back

Outstanding Service β Marina and Yassir Made Our Stay Exceptional
W Dubai β The Palm was a wonderful experience and a great destination for families and children. The property, atmosphere, and facilities were excellent, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Marina from Egypt at reception and Yassir from Morocco.
Both Marina and Yassir were exceptionally professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were always available whenever I needed assistance and regularly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. Their attention to detail and personal approach made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest.
What impressed me most was their professionalism, work ethic, initiative, and natural leadership qualities. They did much more than simply perform their dutiesβthey represented the W brand at an extremely high level and created the type of guest experience that makes people want to return.
In my opinion, both Marina and Yassir deserve serious consideration for promotion to a supervisor or leadership position. Employees with their attitude, dedication, and ability to take care of guests are a tremendous asset to any hotel.

Wonderful Stay
Absolutely loved my stay at W Dubai The Palm. I stayed here for almost four weeks and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
The service was excellent throughout my stay, and everyone on the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Tekuu, who was always very kind and helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
What impressed me most was how attentive and reliable the team was. I accidentally lost one of my AirPods during my stay, and on another occasion I misplaced my bank card. Both times, the staff went out of their way to help me and successfully found them. I really appreciated the care and effort they put into helping.
The hotel also made everyday things very convenient. Arranging and dealing with rental cars was easy, which was especially helpful during a longer stay. I had a wonderful four weeks here and felt very well taken care of. A big thank you to Tekuu and the entire W Dubai team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
