Enjoyable Stay
My family and I had another wonderful stay at our number one hotel in JBR. We always choose to come back because the service is consistently exceptional and the staff make us feel so welcome.
A special thank you to Maneno, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. He was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. His excellent customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Atmosphere
Very disappointing arrival experience at Sofitel JBR Dubai. We waited around 15 minutes with no valet parking assistance, and there wasn't a porter or any staff member available to welcome us, help with our luggage, or even direct us on where to go. For a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury property, the first impression was far below expectations. Basic arrival services and guest assistance should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of service I expected, and it got the stay off to a very poor start.

The service was amazing and the food was wonderful! I loved the variety of dishes and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Chef Sunit was super helpful and his team provided excellent service!
