They are both absolutely wonderful! Every single day, our room is left perfectly clean, fresh and beautifully organized. Everything is always so spotless and neatly arranged that whenever we walk into our room, we almost don’t want to touch or move anything because it looks so perfect! 😍
Winnie and Cornel are not only excellent at their jobs, but also incredibly kind, friendly and lovely people. You can really see how much care, effort and attention they put into every little detail. Their work is truly outstanding!
It’s such a pleasure to come back to a perfectly clean and beautiful room every day. They make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

A Beautiful Resort with Excellent Food and Exceptional Personal Service
In October 2026, we had a very enjoyable stay at Nikki Beach Resort, which impresses with its elegant, minimalist design, high-quality facilities, and excellent standard of service. The resort is beautifully furnished, with elegant interiors and a welcoming atmosphere. Our villa was comfortable and well-appointed, and the excellent beds ensured a restful night's sleep. We enjoyed the private white sand beach with spectacular sunsets. The comfortable beach cabanas offered a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy.
However, what makes the difference in this resort is the excellent service and all the people making this unique experience possible. A special mention goes to Natalia at the reception desk, who made our stay even more pleasant. Her friendly manner, professionalism, and welcoming approach made us feel well looked after and contributed to a positive impression from the very beginning. In addition, it was wonderful to communicate with her in our mother language, far away from home. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Balas, Deni and Tahir from house keeping service. Their attentive and professional approach contributed greatly to our comfort throughout our stay. The culinary experience was another highlight. The food was consistently of a very high quality, with fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes. We particularly appreciated the excellent Arabic corner, the beautifully presented fresh fruit station, and the outstanding selection of fresh bread. The quality, freshness, and attention to detail were evident throughout the dining experience. A very special mention goes to Nasser and Chibyzor, who looked after us during the breakfast buffet. Both were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional, always ensuring that we felt welcome and well cared for. What impressed us was their remarkable attention to detail. They remembered our preferences and orders from the very first day of our stay. This thoughtful, personal gesture made breakfast especially enjoyable and demonstrated their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Their sincere hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The service at breakfast was professionally overseen by the assistant service manager Ricky. His dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experience was impressive. Overall, we appreciated the resort's beautiful surroundings, elegant accommodation, excellent food, and high-quality facilities. We are grateful to the entire team for the care and service we received and will remember these positive aspects of our stay with great pleasure. The Team at Nikki make our holiday.
