Great hotel
The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with any issue that you can solve personally, I would like to recommend two names, Ashutosh and baiana they will advise you on any issue or any questions that you might have Media One is a very great Hotel and super supportive. I truly recommend it for any person whether it’s family solo or for business travel to visit this hotel it’s truly great.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at Media One Hotel Dubai Media City, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Baiana at the reception made us feel very welcome with her warm hospitality and efficient service, setting the tone for a great stay.
A special thank you as well to Sachin and Melissa at Ciao Bella, who were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu and recommending some excellent dishes. Their friendly approach and knowledge made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were impressive, particularly the pool area, which provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were well maintained, and everything contributed to a truly refreshing break from the daily routine.
Overall, Media One Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing staycation in Dubai. Great service, excellent facilities, and attentive staff made our stay memorable. We look forward to returning soon!
