Excellent stay in a Dubai.
Was a great stay with clean and comfortable rooms. Service was excellent. Especially Hithesh who’s smile and always happy mood made everyday a pleasant stay. This man will become a manager within 1 year for sure and help teach and motivate everyone else to be as good as him.
Absolutely heavenly
Hithesh made my stay very comfortable he waz very approachable alwayz ready to help very attentive I waz a solo traveler for the first time in my life but hithesh never let me feel that way it waz like I waz surrounded with lots of help & support whenever and wherever I needed it .. he waz always at hand very helpful happy charming always helped me with great pleasure Thanx so much Hitesh and all the rest of the staff at the concierge aswell who helped me to check in on my flight
