Amazing hotel
The hotel and its grounds were genuinely beautiful, always spotless and really well looked after. Every member of staff was polite, friendly, and happy to help with anything you needed. The team around the pool were outstanding — constantly checking in, making sure you were comfortable, and delivering service that honestly made the holiday feel effortless.
One young lad from Bangladesh stood out in particular. By the third day he already knew my order, and every morning he’d come over to say hello and bring a flower for my wife and daughter. Small gestures, but they made a big difference.
The buggies running between the hotels were a lifesaver. Walking in that heat wasn’t something I was keen on, so having them available whenever you needed was brilliant.
Our room was always clean and tidy, and the turn‑down service each evening was a lovely touch.
I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel it really made our holiday special.

We always comes to dubai and I love jumeirah's property madinat but this time we stay specially for the kids club in jumeirah beach hotel and the experience overall came very nice the breakfast and the cleanliness room was very good. In the kids club all the staffs were perfect to their job. Priyam from them was very good and like a friend to my son he always wanted to go to kids club to play with him and kadri for story telling. Over all thanks to the entire hotel staff.
The best experience!
We are third year in the row here at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and everything it’s perfect. The food at Kitchen connection is delicious and all the waiters are very nice and kind, especially Almond. At the pool bar and sun beds, Arfat was the best to take care of everything we need, fresh water, towels and food. Our room was cleaned every day with big care by Raj Mahato and Pujana and their Housekeeping Team leader Shahid Javed Khokhar. Thank you all! Big hugs and respect!
