The place is amazing as usual with Jumairah excellent hospitality. From the beginning to my departure every things was smoothly
Our stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was as enjoyable as possible.
The reception team, concierge, porters, restaurant staff and pool attendants were all consistently friendly, professional and happy to help. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
We experienced some unexpected travel disruption before arriving, and the hotel showed incredible kindness and understanding. They extended our late check-out so our children could relax before our evening flight and even arranged lunch for us on our final day. Those thoughtful gestures made a huge difference to our family and are something we will always remember.
A special thank you to the concierge/porter who welcomed us on arrival (a tall Black gentleman – I’m very sorry I can’t remember his name). He was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, setting the tone for the rest of our stay.
Another special mention goes to Joa by the pool. He is an absolute credit to Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Always smiling, friendly, engaging in conversation and constantly making sure guests were looked after. His positive attitude and genuine care for people really stood out.
This has been one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The service, facilities and attention to detail were exceptional, and we would not hesitate to recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so memorable.
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not the Luxury Experience We Paid For
I am currently staying at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel from 12 July to 19 July 2026 on a half-board package. This is my fifth stay at this hotel because I have always loved its luxury, peaceful atmosphere, and especially the direct access to Wild Wadi Waterpark, which is one of the main reasons I choose this hotel for my two children, aged 2 and 15, who absolutely love water parks.
Unfortunately, this year, as soon as we arrived, we were informed that Wild Wadi Waterpark was closed for an indefinite period. We were never informed about this before our arrival, despite it being one of the hotel’s main attractions.
I would like to sincerely thank Anaëlle, who handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. She did everything she could to make things right and upgraded us to a suite, which we appreciated.
Sadly, the suite itself was far below the standards expected from a five-star luxury hotel. Several electrical sockets were loose and unusable, and the large glass window did not close properly, allowing outside air to enter constantly with a loud whistling noise throughout both the day and the night.
What was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday quickly turned into a nightmare because of the construction work taking place throughout the hotel. Excavators, jackhammers and constant construction noise continued day and night. My family, including my 2-year-old baby, was repeatedly woken up during the night. Even while trying to relax at the swimming pool, we were surrounded by the noise of heavy construction equipment all day long.
Paying €2,900 for one week under these conditions is simply unacceptable. Guests should be informed before booking if major construction work is taking place and if one of the hotel’s main attractions, Wild Wadi Waterpark, is closed.
I am also extremely disappointed with the half-board package regarding drinking water. At the restaurants, even water for preparing bottles for my 2-year-old child was not provided free of charge. Instead, we were charged around €10 for a 75 cl bottle of water. Over the course of one week, this would amount to more than €300 just for water for my children, which I find completely unacceptable for a luxury resort.
I sincerely hope that Jumeirah Beach Hotel will take responsibility for this disappointing experience by either refunding this stay or offering us another week’s stay under the conditions we originally paid for: no construction work, Wild Wadi open, and the peaceful luxury experience that made us return for the fifth time.
At this moment, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you are planning a holiday in Dubai, I would instead recommend Atlantis, where I stayed the previous week and experienced none of these issues.
Jumeirah Beach Hotel, you already have my phone number and email address. I look forward to receiving your proposal for appropriate compensation. Depending on how this matter is resolved, I will consider updating or removing this review.
Sincerely,
Mr. Desert Allan
True hospitality is all about the people and the personalized service that makes every small detail matter. Guess what??? We met those people at JBH. First Zaki who prepared our room preferences and took care of late check out request before our arrival. Thank you so much Zaki. Then when we checked in we met another wonderful person called Habib who was very friendly and funny. He understood exactly what we were looking for, and chose the perfect room with a breathtaking Burj Al Arab view. He also took the time to explain the hotel facilities and recommend great dining options. Thank you Habib, we absolutely loved the room and the view. In the evening we met Sama who helped us with our visitor and even surprised us with a cute amenities! It was such a beautiful surprise. We loved it Sama😍. And last but not the least,Aye Mya at breakfast, who took special care of us. She made me a beautiful and perfect cappuccino that truly brightened my day. Words can’t express how thankful I am to all the amazing people at JBH. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and for making our stay truly unforgettable! We can’t wait to come back!
Our experience at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Kids Club was excellent. The facilities were clean, fun, and well organized, but what made it truly special was the amazing team. A heartfelt thank you to priyam, sendze, and Magda dishani for their kindness, patience, and genuine care. They made our child feel safe, happy, and excited every day. Their warm and friendly approach gave us complete peace of mind. We truly appreciate all their hard work and would highly recommend the Kids Club to any family staying at the hotel.
