We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and valued.
A special thank you to Yousef and Raymond, who both went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, friendly approach were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they are a real credit to the Jumeirah brand.
The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, immaculate rooms, fantastic restaurants, and impeccable service throughout. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.
We travel extensively and stay in many luxury hotels around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem remains one of our favourites. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly first-class experience. Thank you again to Yousef, Raymond, and the entire team for making our holiday so special
Awful staff at the front desk starting from the lowest position to the highest
We had a wonderful stay at Al Naseem. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt very personal. The check-in was warm and genuine, and the receptionist even approached us the next day to ask how we were enjoying our stay. We were also lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a beautiful room, which made our stay even more special.
The pool and beach team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Considering they spend all day working in the heat, it's even more impressive that they greet every guest with a smile and such positive energy.
A few days after checking out, I noticed that my pre-authorisation was still on hold after 1,5 week. This is where I would especially like to thank Vidhi from the Front Office. She called me immediately, reassured me that she would look into it, and she truly took ownership of the situation. She followed up with both me and the payment company several times until the pre-authorisation was finally released.
I really appreciated this because it would have been easy to let it go since we had already checked out. Instead, the five-star service continued even after we had left the hotel. Thank you, Vidhi, and the entire Al Naseem team, for making our stay so memorable.
Given the current situation, the hotel adult pool and the Kalsa pool are currently closed. I received no prior notice of this. In addition, the only open pool (the main one) was only half open for part of the time. The pool was also understaffed. Kudos to the waiters and pool attendants that work tirelessly under the sun. Check in was excellent which is an improvement on prior stays. Breakfast at the Palmery was very good. While, I understand that the hotel is operating at a reduced capacity, they should let people know of this in advance.
12/10 Excellent Hotel : From the moment our car pulled up outside Jumeirah Al Naseem, we knew we were in for a special stay. Every member of staff we encountered made us feel genuinely welcome, and the service throughout our visit was exceptional.
A special mention has to go to Mark, who greeted us on arrival with such warmth and enthusiasm—it really set the tone for the rest of our holiday. At check-in, Joshua and Hanna were incredibly helpful and ensured we were allocated the perfect room.
I've been fortunate enough to stay at several Jumeirah hotels, and each one has its own unique character, but the rooms at Al Naseem are simply outstanding. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the bathroom with its double sinks and generous storage was beautifully designed, and the balcony overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab was absolutely stunning. It was a room we genuinely looked forward to returning to each day.
One of the unexpected highlights of our stay came on our first day when a member of staff invited us to the beach early the following morning to watch rescued turtles being released back into the ocean. What an incredible experience! The team had thoughtfully arranged tea, coffee, and juice, and the conservation staff shared fascinating facts about the turtles and the important work being done. It was a memorable experience we'll never forget, and we're so grateful for the invitation.
We stayed with Club Lounge access, and although the Orchid Lounge is currently closed, the Al Mandhar Lounge is a wonderful alternative. The team there are exceptional, taking the time to remember your favourite evening drinks and even your preferred seating. Those little personal touches made us feel truly valued.
Breakfast at The Palmery was fantastic, with an enormous selection of high-quality food to suit every taste. It can become quite busy at peak times, and the only thing I missed was the option of having breakfast in a Club Lounge, which I personally find to be a quieter and more relaxing experience. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't currently served in the Al Mandhar Lounge, but this certainly didn't detract from what was otherwise an outstanding stay.
The pool area is beautiful, and the staff are always attentive, making sure your towels are perfectly arranged and that fresh water is readily available at your sun lounger.
We also enjoyed an evening at Black Tap. I can't remember the name of the wonderful Malaysian bartender, but she made some of the best cocktails we've had, and her friendly personality added to the fantastic atmosphere.
I also want to acknowledge that we visited during a time of uncertainty due to the conflict in the Middle East. Naturally, the atmosphere felt a little different from previous visits to Dubai, but the team at Jumeirah Al Naseem worked incredibly hard to ensure guests continued to enjoy a relaxing and memorable holiday. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication never wavered, and they made every effort to ensure the situation didn't impact the guest experience. As a loyal returning guest of Jumeirah Hotels, I'm so glad we chose Al Naseem for this trip. It reaffirmed exactly why we continue to return to the Jumeirah brand time and time again.
Overall, Jumeirah Al Naseem exceeded every expectation. The combination of luxurious accommodation, beautiful surroundings, thoughtful experiences, and genuinely outstanding service made this one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. We can't wait to return, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.
