Over 50 Food and Beverage outlets to choose from 5 pools-one exclusively for Adults-2 kilometers private beach-Turtle Rehabilitation Sanctuary-award winning Talise Spa-complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. Shopping facilities at Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Following the direction of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees. we have temporarily suspended operations at Wild Wadi Waterpark. Kids Clubs Spas Fitness Centres and bars in our hotels until 31 March 2020. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.

Iconic setting and exceptional staff
My wife and I enjoyed another fantastic stay at Jumeriah al Naseem. Given the choice of hotels that exists within Dubai, the fact this was our third stay here speaks volumes about the experience you get and quality of the hotel.
This time however our stay was made even more memorable by the incredible staff, who helped to make my 40th birthday celebrations extra special:
- Mark on arrival greeted us warmly, knew our first names and presented me with a card and beautiful turtle cufflinks
- Salma and Galila in the lounge were always welcoming, personable and made a fuss of me with a cake and card, completely unexpected but these two are credit to Al Naseem
- Don in The Palmery makes the best omelettes in the UAE, probably even the world. Always friendly and after 1 day knows your order.
- Hanif and Rauf on the beach looked after us every day, always greeted us with a smile and the upmost professionalism.
The location and view of the Burj Al Arab are unbeatable and the beach in my opinion is the best in Dubai. I have never known seawater as warm as it was during our stay and the water until about 2pm each day was incredibly clear. Never an issue getting sunbeds either at the beach or around the pool.
The hotel is spotlessly clean. The service is exceptional and the food - choice and quality is unbelievable, what a breakfast selection!
Turtle feeding at 11am each day is an extra special touch.
Another wonderful stay
We always have the most wonderful experience here, and the staff truly are exceptional.
A special mention to Andrijia, Head of Concierge, who always goes above and beyond. He consistently comes up with the best suggestions, expertly organises all of our reservations, and somehow makes every visit feel even more personalised. He remembers what we enjoyed on our previous stays and always finds new recommendations within the group that he knows we’ll love.
Yusuf also deserves a special mention for always going above and beyond when arranging our rooms and making sure all the little amenities for our children are thoughtfully taken care of.
It’s these personal touches, incredible service and genuinely wonderful staff that make us love returning every time.

An amazing trip to Al Naseem
The service, the staff, and the entire experience were truly spectacular and completely flawless.
What an incredible experience—the hotel was phenomenal from check-in to check-out, absolutely flawless. I have stayed at Jumeirah for 25 years and they never disappoint. The room was beautiful, spacious, and absolutely spotless. The breakfast was so relaxing and delicious; we absolutely loved our experience at the Palmary, where nothing was too much trouble. We spent our days lounging on the beach and taking dips in the pool to beat the heat. Ralf was a constant help on the beach, and it was such a delight to see Mr. Segia, who always made time to say hello and check in on us.We visited several restaurants, including favorites like Kayo, Flamingo Room, and Madame Li; they were all simply amazing.
Overall, this was truly one of our best stays. While the hotel wasn't at full capacity and some renovations were underway, neither had any impact on our holiday whatsoever! We'll be returning before long—a massive thank you to James for ensuring everything was absolutely incredible! Well done Al Naseem!!

A fantastic experience
A fantastic room, great atmosphere, excellent facilities and great team with a lovely welcoming and extraordinary services
5 stars due to service from staff members
Just returned from the Al Naseem having originally booked the Dar Al Masyaf but got moved due to renovation works. Whilst this was disappointing as we prefer the ambience of the summerhouses as opposed to a hotel, the staff were great.
We would particularly like to thank Rauf and his team on the beach for their attentiveness and the two lovely ladies in the Club Lounge, Jace and Sushmita who both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. We loved our chats with them in the evenings and they always provided service with a smile. Thanks to them both for the selection of teas 😃
