Amazing Staff
We had the best time ever at this hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were all so kind. The men working on the door were incredible especially Enam and Sadiq. They were incredibly kind and helpful.
Attentive, Excellent service!
Staff are very attentive. Big big Thank you to Lana who immediately sorted out some of my concerns. Staff go above and beyond at the Intercontinental Dubai Marina. The team including Rafi, Peter, Kofi and Tanee . If your booking tours - I highly recommend the Concierge service. They take their time to build an excellent itinerary and help getting to and from day trips so so easy. I have stayed at IHG branded hotels for over 10 Years. This has by far been my BEST experience! Great location, Even better Service.

One of the best hotel experiences
Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very professional and customer oriented. We got a free room upgrade with Marina view upon check in, which made our time here even better. The room itself was very beautiful. Various breakfast and lunch options, the food is really delicious. On the last day we were granted a late checkout, special thanks to Angelika for her attention🤝
