Perfect Location, Outstanding Service
Wonderful stay at Hilton JBR! The location right on the beach and The Walk is unbeatable, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
A special shout-out to Erika, she was warm, attentive and always had a smile. She remembered our preferences and made every meal feel special. Staff like Erika are the reason we'll be coming back. Thank you!
Very good hotel in great location
Very nice Hilton Hotel in the busy Marina area, perfect for tourism. A great location. Lovely pool area and private beach. We were on a B&B basis which was ideal. Good clean hotel rooms with a special mention to our housekeeper, Janaka, for the extra mile in our room for our honeymoon. Thanks also to Ma Dhab in concierge for making sure our transfer smooth! All round a very good experience. Excellent staff.

Great Hospitality Nashaat

Incessant pool noise.
We returned to this hotel after having a very enjoyable short stay in May 2025. After I had a serious accident In Jan 26 I was hoping to spend a few peaceful days convalescing in the guaranteed sunshine. Unfortunately the hotel has changed atmosphere since our last visit. The staff are still friendly , hard working and professional . The rooms are still comfortable. The food is still excellent but... The hotel has built a new 'adult' pool area which on first sight is a welcome addition. However for some reason it has been built on one side of a terrace meaning that you only have one row of cabana sun beds facing the moving sun and four rows of sunbeds with their backs to the sun . Very badly designed. However this is a small issue compared to the incessant monotonous 'Ibiza beach club music' played at a loud level through multiple speakers throughout the pool area from 8am to 6pm. It is impossible to escape this racket unless you go to the beach area. It is now obvious that the hotel wants to appeal to younger guests . The same guests who fill the pool in the afternoon posing and drinking round after round of expensive alcoholic drinks. Unbelievably at 3pm one Saturday afternoon a D.J. set up by the pool and started playing the same inane rubbish but at a noise level that was making my ears bleed. Half of guests , the more mature age group , immediately abandoned the area. It was ridiculous. We stayed on a great value half board basis with excellent food options particularly in the on site Italian restaurant but an annoyance was paying 25 Dirham/£5 for a 330ml can of diet coke to accompany a meal . I can understand the high prices for alcohol but the supermarket across the road from the hotel sells a 1.5l bottle of coke for 5 Dirham/£1 . I felt ripped off on checking out and paying £40 for eight cans of Coke. We will not return to this hotel as I prefer a more relaxing pool environment but I would try a different Hilton hotel in Dubai if I was guaranteed some peace and quiet.
