Wonderful stay and club Lounge
Had a great stay. The club lounge had very good drinks and canapes. Avinash was really helpful and friendly. Loved the experience at the lounge
Excellent hotel and great facilities
We have been looked after exceptionally well.Hotel is excellent,staff are great and approachable. Our room was always clean,organized,and comfortable.I would like to appreciate Madhumita and Jane from housekeeping whose friendliness made our stay more pleasant.
Gerald from lobby was helpful and professional,nothing much to trouble.We were able to fully relax and recharge during the break! I recommend visiting.

**An Exceptional Porter, OLA, Who Made Our Stay Even More Special!
While our stay at Raffles was absolutely fantastic, there was one person who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable— Ola!
From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, he was consistently there to help us, without ever having to be asked. Whether we were coming or going, he always greeted us with a genuine smile, a helping hand, and the warmest hospitality. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, offering wonderful recommendations on things to see and do, but what truly touched our hearts was how kind, friendly, and playful he was with our one year old daughter, Noverly.
He remembered her name from our very first evening, and every time he saw her afterward, he made a point of greeting her by name and making her smile. As parents traveling with a little one, those thoughtful gestures mean more than words can express. It was such a small detail to him, perhaps, but to us, it meant the world.
The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and offerred incredible amenities, but it is the people there who truly made the experience exceptional. The porter is often one of the first people to welcome you and one of the last to say goodbye, and Ola reminded us just how much of a difference genuine kindness and hospitality can make!
To Ola, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for treating us, and especially our sweet Noverly, with such warmth and care. You made us feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and at home throughout our stay. Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and we will remember you long after our vacation.

We had a wonderful experience at Raffles Dubai Kids! The place is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, with a lovely environment for children to play and enjoy themselves. The staff are friendly, caring, and attentive, making the kids feel comfortable and happy. It’s a great place for children to have fun while parents can feel at ease.
