Exceptional
We had a few hours to spend by the beach and the pool, so we decided, as always, to spend the day at Raffles The Palm. The exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere, and attention to every detail are exactly why we keep coming back.

A wonderful stay at raffles. The staff were friendly, professional, especially Jane and Doma from room service,always willing to help.Our room was clean,comfortable and well maintained.The location was convenient,and the facilities were excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we happily enjoyed our stay.We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Raffles The Palm Dubai truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant interiors, spacious rooms, and a luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. Everything was spotless, the facilities were exceptionally well maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel.
The breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of delicious food, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
We would especially like to mention Alim at the reception. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. His professionalism, willingness to help, and thoughtful approach made our experience even more enjoyable. He made sure everything was comfortable for us, and thanks to him, we left with the warmest memories of our stay.
