I want to send my gratitude to Mr prince saha in the executive lounge for his kindness and welcoming and all members of this lounge
Overall a lovely hotel but could be better
We stayed in the hotel as a family of six, it was disappointing we were unable to have connecting rooms . I tried to email before the visit to request this but was unable to send an email after two different tries to different emails. The rooms were nice and clean but had to request more water. The AC , coffee machine and switches were confusing , instructions would have been good . We ate in the GBR for breakfast which was plentiful and had a good choice. Staff were all very friendly and happy to help with any concerns. The food and drinks were expensive around the pool and in the hotel and no outside food or drinks were allowed . Just a walk along the beach at sunrise was difficult as so many rules for different parts of the beach . Overall a lovely time was had but feel 5 are rating is a bit higher than it actually is .

A Lovely Stay with Room for Improvement
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai. The hotel was lovely, and we really enjoyed our experience. The swimming pool was beautiful, spacious, and one of the highlights of our stay. However, I would recommend providing additional bathroom amenities, such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair ties, a shower cap, a nail file, and a small sewing kit. These little details would make the experience even better. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Staff can't do enough for you at this hotel, third year at this hotel and we just love it shout out to the concierge team they are just the best
Disappointing Dining Room
Breakfast in the Dining room was disappointing. Good choice of food but had to queue for everything. Tried an early start one day which was slightly better with less queuing and a choice of table, but when on holiday you don't want the hassle of wondering how long it will take for Breakfast if you have a lie in.
