WOW-hotel❤️
This is definitely the best hotel in Dubai. This is not the first time we've stayed here, and we will continue to choose this hotel in the future. The staff is friendly and caring, and the receptionists are very attentive. I would also like to mention Neeraj, the staff member who served us in the cabana area. He made our stay by the pool unforgettable, and he was always friendly and helpful. I would also like to highlight the delicious and varied breakfasts. These are the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. The food near the pool is also beyond praise, it's not just a snack, it's truly restaurant-quality food. Banyan Hotel offers exceptional service and a luxurious stay. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Best hotel gym with Personal Trainer
Highly recommend to book a Personal Training session with Anthony in the hotel gym. The gym facilities are outstanding, and there is no better way to start the day with a highly personalised session with Antony. Thanks a million!
Best resort so far
One of the best resorts so far, this’s my third stay and hopefully won’t be the last one. Great service, rooms, amenities, spa and swimming pool.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, peaceful, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The level of service is outstanding, and every staff member is genuinely welcoming, professional, and well-trained.

An Unforgettable Stay – Ita Made It Extra Special!
We recently stayed at Banyan Tree Dubai and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable.
I want to give a special shout-out to Ita, who went above and beyond for our family. Her kindness and attentive service towards my son made such a huge difference to our trip. It’s rare to find staff who are so genuinely warm and caring, and she truly made us feel at home.
The culinary experience was outstanding. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the restaurants, and every single meal was absolutely delicious. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch.
To top it off, I treated myself to a massage and facial at the spa, which was pure bliss the ultimate relaxation.
We are already planning our return.
