An absolutely wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Dubai! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive everyone was.
The entire team deserves the highest praise — from the management and concierge team to the chefs, waiters, housekeeping, and every single person behind the scenes. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the management for creating such a high level of service and such a warm atmosphere.
The breakfasts were absolutely delicious — 10/10! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. The spa was also fantastic and made the whole experience even more relaxing.
What impressed us most, however, was how quickly the hotel started to feel like home. We actually extended our stay several times because we simply didn’t want to leave. That says more than any review possibly could.
Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree Dubai team for making our stay so special and memorable. We truly appreciate all your hard work, care, and hospitality. We will definitely be back! ❤️

An amazing hotel. Beautiful, stylish, calm, atmospheric. The rooms are very cool, beautiful and unusual. But the coolest thing about this hotel is the people. An amazing team — the most friendly, polite, welcoming, and responsive people I’ve ever met in my trips. Special thanks to Mr. Selim — he’s the most professional, cheerful, good‑natured, and bright person I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality industry. I don’t want to try any more new hotels in Dubai; I’ll come back here as if it were my own home. Thank you, Banyan Tree!

Our stay at Banyan Tree Dubai was nothing short of magical! My husband-to-be and I had the most beautiful experience, surrounded by luxury, tranquility, and exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the beautiful ambiance of the resort, its serene atmosphere, and the attention to detail that made every moment feel special.
The dining experience was wonderful, and the pool and private beach were absolutely breathtaking. Spending time by the beach was one of our favourite parts of the stay. There is something truly special about the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful views, and the soothing sound of the waves. It was the perfect setting for us to relax, reconnect, and create beautiful memories together.
A very special mention goes to Andrew, whose outstanding service made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly attentive, constantly checking on us to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. He went above and beyond by helping us adjust our sunbeds to find the perfect balance between sunshine and shade, ensuring we were always comfortable. He also made sure we stayed hydrated by regularly bringing us water without us even having to ask. His thoughtfulness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests.
Andrew's service was a beautiful reflection of the hospitality Banyan Tree Dubai stands for. It is the little things done with genuine care that turn a wonderful stay into an unforgettable experience, and he certainly made that happen for us.

Classy Spa Hotel Rivals Four Seasons Jumeirah and Mandarin.
The service is thoughtful at this spa hotel. You have scents burning in the rooms and great technology. The buttons are actually visible and intuitive. Many tech hotels can learn from Banyon Tree. The property has many Russian speaking guests. It is a family oriented, graceful hotel. You don’t see Instagram reptiles and working people in the lobby. The pools are amazing and this property has the only open sea beach in Dubai. It’s similar to Sadyatt Island in Abu Dahbi.
