had to check out of our rooms at 2:00am as we could not sleep the room was not soundproofed we were on the 17th floor ocean view and you could hear the music from the lobby playing all night and cars going up and down ,itiineray confirmed a imperial club room but never received that and neither informed the main pool was closed which it looked as if a bomb had hit so be warned in booking with Atlantis or staying in Dubai as i appreciate the war is nothing to do with them but they are desperate for money and so ignore any concerns or complaints which is a shame as we stayed with them in 2019 with no issues but now other guests also complain of the same issues and now i have to ask the credit card we paid on to assist in getting our payment back as the room was not fit for purpose and they failed to inform that the main pool was closed or provide the room as per the itinerary would never stay with them again

Amazing cupcake decorating with Krisha & Ryana!
We had a wonderful family experience at Bread Street! The kids absolutely loved the cupcake decoration activity organized by the Atlantis Explorers Club. A huge thank you to Krisha and Ryana for being so helpful, kind, and engaging with the children. They made our visit incredibly memorable and special. Highly recommend!
Amazing kids club
Best experience! The staff is so nice and welcoming, the kids are having the time of their life, plenty of activities and space! Super fun for all ages to be able to go with parents in the morning!
