Awesome!!
Our our trip was unforgettable just because of the person in the WXYZ bar near the pool, he was so friendly and was a customer focused one. I gotta know his name when leaving, it was Obidjon.. thanks buddy 🤩

Great location
We stayed for 4 nights. We'd a lovely room with a great view. Staff are lovely very attentive and friendly. Buffet breakfast and dinner was good. We also went to the Mexican restaurant which was a lovely meal and the cocktails are excellent. We didn't realise you paid tax on food tho so that was a bit of a surprise when it was added on. Pool area is great brilliant view too. It was in the shade by 2pm which was much needed as it was so hot. We went to the private beach which was stunning but very hot, sea was like a bath! Cocktails from the bar was good. We found out on our last day that we could do a free boat trip from the hotel but was too late to book. Their was also taxi's just outside the hotel we could of used but had already booked excursions. Other guests said taxi was about £25 a time from hotel to the mall area. If we go back to Dubai we'd definitely book it again as couldn't fault anything.

Outstanding Service from Obidjon – A Real Credit to the Hotel!
We would like to give a special mention to Obidjon, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Every evening, he has made us excellent cocktails, and the quality, presentation and attention to detail have been consistently outstanding.
What really sets Obidjon apart is his friendly attitude, professionalism and genuine commitment to making sure guests have a brilliant experience. He goes above and beyond to make each evening special, and his hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed.
Obidjon is a real asset to the hotel and a credit to the hospitality industry. Staff like him make a genuine difference to a holiday and are a big part of what makes guests want to return.
We sincerely hope management recognises his outstanding contribution and rewards him accordingly. He thoroughly deserves recognition, and we would love to see him receive a bonus for the excellent service he has provided.
