Stay at the Habtoor Grand Hotel
Very nice hotel with excellent staff, especially Hassan who is one of the pool attendants, he went above and beyond his duties to make hotel guest’s comfortable and happy. Very friendly, attentive and looks happy around guests and is so helpful. I would say Hassan is an asset to the team and the Al Habtoor Grand. Will definitely come and stay at the Habtoor Grand again.

Excellent Restaurant
Underground Sports Restaurant delivers excellent waiting and truly stands out for the quality of its service. From the moment you’re seated, the waiters and waitresses are attentive, friendly, and professional—always ready to assist without being intrusive. Their warm approach makes the whole dining experience feel welcoming and well cared for.
Special praise goes to Mr. Subhi and Mr. Shabaan, whose service is consistently thoughtful and efficient. They ensure orders are handled smoothly, check in at the right times, and make sure every guest feels valued. Thanks to staff like them, Underground Sports Restaurant offers not just great food, but also a memorable dining atmosphere.
