Amazing service and friendly faces
I have actually been lucky enough to live in an apartment at the Address Beach Resort for 18months and wanted to write a review to thank some of the amazing staff working at the hotel. They really go out of their way to make you feel special, will always do anything for you and always do it with a smile. First up, to the pool team, led by Mehdi and with Chandan, Sandip and Kirean. They manage the pool area brilliantly. It is not an easy job as there are always a lot of guests, many of whom are very demanding. These guys run around constantly all day, setting up and taking down beds, bringing out food, making sure everywhere is spotless. However hot it is, it doesn’t matter, they don’t stop. And they always do it with a big smile, welcoming you and making sure you are looked after. Thank you to all the team for being great and making it such fun to hang out at the pool.
I also want to thank the team that comes once a week to clean the apartment, led by Ikram - they are so efficient and meticulous in making sure it is spotless. I can’t wait to come home to the apartment when they have been in. They also always do it with a smile and are very courteous and polite, always flexible to come back later if I am in the middle of something. Thank you team!
I also want to thank the team in the gym…Saiid and all the team there on the 75th floor. They are so welcoming, always say hello and have a chat and are ready to help with anything. They create a great atmosphere in what is a spotless and spectacular gym overlooking JBR and The Palm. Thank you guys!
Overall, the Address has been an amazing place to live. The facilities are great and staff so welcoming. I also love the fact you can walk to everything from here…up the beach, around the Marina, over to Bluewaters or into the nightlife in JBR. And the hotel itself is spectacular.

Amazing lobby & staff - 10/10 service
2nd visit, favourite hotel
Just back from our 2nd visit this year to this beautiful hotel and it is still just as amazing.
We had a slightly smaller room than last time but it was still huge, this time with the view of the sea and Bluewaters island.
Staff in this hotel are the best by far in any hotel we have visited nothing is too much trouble for them and they are all so friendly and happy to chat to you.
The bed lets you have the best nights sleep after a day of doing nothing!
The infinity pool on the roof is pure indulgence especially when you have the floating breakfast, which is huge and worth every penny.
Although this hotel is huge you are made to feel like the only guest there ( we dont know how they do it to be honest) Back again end of January with our family next time and cant wait for them to experience poor luxury.

Great!
We had a great stay. The staff was very kind, i would like to gave a special thanks to Ravindra and Imran for keeping the room in remarkable condition. The views are great, especially at night time. The pools an breakfast were amazing to. Would recommend!
Our most luxurious staycation
The best and most luxurious staycation we ever had. Cleanliness observed everywhere. The entire room can be controlled from a tablet. Delicious food, great view especially from the infinity pool which opens upto 11pm. Outstanding staff especially Dana, Ashtaf, Jahangir, Sumon and Azar. Thanks to all for making my wife's birthday unforgettable and also for the room upgrade.
